This is actually somewhat tamer than I imagined. I don't remember the description, so I was halfway seriously thinking Taylor's Command Seals were made up of eyes and tentacles. These lines evoke a similar motif, but I was thinking more… well, more eyes and more tentacles. Bloodborne mixed with a dash of Lovecraft kinda thing.

The iterative hexagonal pattern is a really nice touch. It meshes really well with the comma/pupil swirls, and you get the sense of watching.

Hmm... Something that I haven't seen anyone mention about the repeating hexagons yet is that hexagons are the shape bees make their combs from.
Bees, which live in a hive, with a single queen... Fitting for a cape who controlled bugs for most of her career and, at the end, controlled a large portion of the cape population of several worlds in a single swarm...
It also fits with her shard being Queen Administrator.

Also, when she was Khepri, her portals she used to extend her control over her army were hexagons.

So. Is there going to be an Earth Bet singularity as the penultimate one? I mean, if there were critical turning points in history that they were aiming to disrupt, that'd definitely be one of them, though I don't know if that set of worlds is considered 'part' of the Nasuverse for the purposes of this fic and is either accessible or knowable by Goetia without external knowledge. For maximum drama, the distortion is that Taylor was given the grail and sought to fix the world, whether her ideals and rationalizations, evil vizier (the Beast), or corruption ends up betraying her, or she succeeds against all odds and Taylor gets to reluctantly play the villain and destroy a happy world. That, or it's post-GM, wherein Taylor is given the grail before being shot by Contessa, becoming a Beast candidate in her own right, that would fuck everything up.

That, or give it to Cauldron, they'd see it as a weapon to take down Zion.

James has already said that the set of singularities will not be changed, at least until the end of Solomon, because Taylor's intervention, according to Goetias ego, "does not affect anything".

The interiors of the singularities can be changed thanks to the counterforce, but they will be with the same initial data as in the canon.

Right after they defeat Goetia, the "Epic of Remnant" or god "forbid Cosmos in the Lostbelt" will begin… That's when we can already see the storm created by the wave of a whole flock of butterflies strangling Taylor's next unlucky opponent.

IF James would make a continuation of Hereafter after "Observer on Timeless Temple" plot.

I've also said that America will get the biggest set of changes. In the vaguest sense, it's still going to be "the American Myth War," but it's not going to be much of anything like canon's version. Medb being summoned and getting the Grail won't be the divergence point, for example.

Was it ever said how EMIYA remembers past adventures?

If it wasn't and the answer isn't just because his role as a counter guardian,
then I think that whenever he is summoned and he uses his tracing he 'sees' the weapons and tools he copied in those other timelines adventures and the memories they hold, who, why, when and where they were used and pieces together what kind of adventure he had in his previous summoning.
My circumstantial bit of evidence is the presence of Waver Velvet in Iskandar's noble phantasm. that some NP's can grow through experiences even after death. this would allow for new weapons (skills and memories included) to be added to the UBW. g

Waver isn't in Iskander's NP, and EMIYA remembers the Fifth Grail War because he was a master in it when he was alive, not because of his participation as a Heroic Spirit.

Wasn't the whole point behind EMIYA's Suicide-via-retcon attempts the fact that as a Counter Guardian he remembers every single occasion the World deploy him for a Scorched Earth Intervention, summonings were he is forced (as the good killbot said deployments make him) to kill everyone connected with the causes of his materialization?

And unless someone can prove otherwise, I am one of them.

Eumenes

EumenesWP (エウメネス, Eumenesu?) is a soldier of Iskandar's army. He is a Non-classed Servant summoned by Iskandar's Noble Phantasm Ionioi Hetairoi. Eumenes was a secretary and commander under Alexander the Great. After Alexander's death, he sided with Alexander's family during the Wars of the...

Damn there goes my one bit of evidence
(I mean no I reject your reality, Eumenes is a Waver that annoyed Aoko so much that she send him back in time to be with his precious King, and he became known as Eumenes)

Do other CG's also remember their 'past' missions or is that unique to our red archer, if so my theory still has a wobbly leg to stand on (unless it's really just because Alaya likes to mess with him)

I'd have to go back through the game to get full on evidence/quotes but the implication is that the other Counter Guardians that are met in FGO likewise remember their deployments.

FGO kinda threw the "who remembers what" lore from previous installments out the window. Several buffs that certain characters get are direct callbacks to experiences they had in other parts of the franchise — Mordred's "Cigarette Lion," for example, which is a blatant nod to Apocrypha and Shishigou. IIRC, the in-game Artoria is the same Artoria from UBW route, or at least she has the memories thereof.

Since FGO itself plays fast and loose with that, so do I. Hence why Aife remembers Yukio from FRW, and...well, no, I can't spoil that one for folks.

I believe the official explanation is that Servants remember everything that won't cause an information paradox in their current summoning, with their summoning in the Holy Grail Wars also having certain parts of the Ritual itself restricted (because most magi want to reach the Root, which would take all seven Servants). So since their summoning by Chaldea doesn't conflict with most other summoning they remember them.
