I figure that Dragon's theme was that she chafed under her restrictions and believed that she would still do good without them. A selfish wish might clash with her conscience and prove Saint right (who's watching right there). So out of spite for Saint and to prove to herself she can do good without being forced to, I'd figure she'd wish to save the world.

Also, y'know, Endbringer crisis, Scion and Eden having a brawl (bye-bye Africa) and the Moon being fucked. Plus whatever other fallout is going to come from further wishes. It'd be nice to have Dragon on top of cleaning duty. She's reliable like that!
