Am actually unsure. sometimes I actually get really detailed full sensory visions that come true, which then becomes a headache as my mind processes the part of me doing the exact same instance twice.

Then, there was the fact I actually managed to get remote viewing down, once. such a waste.

both cases are rare or only once happening, so unsure if I actually am orrrrrr.

Must be nice. My imagination is pretty damn stunted, which may be why I absolutely devour any form of comic (web or otherwise) or manga. I'm an avid reader, don't get me wrong, but something about manga just puts me into overdrive. My own ability to craft mental images is fairly lacking.

Dammit Apple. My Mac autocorrected me again. I meant to say "precog", but you seem to get it, which is definitely further evidence for your precognitive powers.

I have to say, I don't think you did Kevin's character justice. He never boasted, and, as far as I understood, never "used" Scion for anything. He viewed the reins he thought he had as a responsibility, not as a power.

Indeed, I agree completely that Norton is a decent sort of person. Perhaps I should justify my decisions.

1) In Canon, he did outright asked for change as "the most powerful man in the world" from strangers. So I repeated that here.
2) He boasted of having saved millions. And billions.
3) He never did used Scion for anything. But what I intended here was a bluff of sorts. He's scared of the creepy Case 53 following him around and wants to scare him off. Hence why he was running his mouth off for the past hour while walking away from Grail-kun. Yeah. I tend to do that alot. Sorry for the vagueness.

    This should work, I think (I don't actually know much about D&D, but I think druids can talk to animals there, and Rules as Written is for maximum fun). Alternative solutions (subject to @Numen 's knowledge of the settings and approval):
    1) WoD werewolf
    2) Uplifting Duke (krypto the super dog, Dresden Files Temple Dog)
    3) Turning Kevin (or Duke) into Scion / Endbringer
