interlude III
For the revolution

13 of July 1887

Vladimir Ilich Ulyanov walked out of the cemetery feeling two emotions rage and grief, the grief was for his brother whose body they had just buried after the government officials returned it.

The rage was for the tsar and the rest of the bourgeoisie for the murder of his brother, he knew that the trail had been arranged, after all, he refused to believe his brother was stupid enough to leave the evidence where somebody could find it. The courts needed to make an example out of someone and his brother was chosen to be the lamb who was sacrificed and painted as a terrorist instead of the freedom fighter he had been

He swore on his brother's grave that they will all pay for what they did, every last one of them he just needed to find men and women who were willing to die for the freedom every one of them deserved.

LENIN has been radicalized against the government.

on Lenin thoughts I rolled to see if he realized someone sold his brother group, he rolled a 10 then I rolled to see how much these affected him and rolled 88 which now means congratulations Lenin is now a radical revolutionary who will try to murder you, your family, your dog even the man who sold you pierogi. Starting on turn 6 there's going to be event rolls for real events I am rolling if they happened and if they do how different will they be.

ok guys I just finished writing the results but there is one thing I discovered, Victoria Ka'iulani right now in 1887 is a 12-year-old girl. so there can be two options either I age her up meaning she is 18 years old in 1887 or you guys wait till 1892 for the wedding if you want I can also roll a dice to decide whether we go with Elena or Nina it's up to you

Let's roll a dice to decide between the other two, after all history isn't convenient for anyone and if she's not liable, then so be it. Besides, marrying Victoria in the first place will result in forcing us to become involved with Hawaii, which is an interest zone for a few different powers, including the U.S.

I agree with rolling the dice as well (no need to age her up), or simply going with Georgian princess since she shouldn't put us in conflict with anyone .

I think we should keep her age and wait till 1892 to marry. Though I'd rather we age her up than pick another princess.

I say we redo the marriage vote.

May I offer alternatives?

Isabella, Princess of Asturias
1851-1931

Or

Princess Thyra of Denmark
(The elder not her niece of the same name)

September 1853 – 26 February 1933

Or

Princess Stéphanie of Belgium (21 May 1864 – 23 August 1945) she's technically married at this point but her husband is gonna commit suicide in 1889 so if we wait two years she's fair game.

you know Hawaii is a good place to have a base at as we are pursuing close ties with south america nations

right now Kalakaua is the king he is going to die in 1891 then Liliuokalani becomes queen who declares victoria the heir after that in 1893 she is deposed and victoria flees the country

the vote will stay open for 3 hours more

Would she still declare Victoria the heir with her married to a foreign sovreign?
It wouldn't really matter that much to us so long as we can stop there if we're trying for ties with south america to benefit east siberia.
At least I assume that's where it'd benefit most.

Just so long as they're either russian or independent and russian allied

yes, the throne will pass to Vitoria that something that won't change, what can change will be how much of Hawaii stays the same. There's going to be options for you to decide how to influence them, to invest in ports and other things it won't matter if you wait or if she is aged up both options grant the actions (new actions in diplomacy, stewardship, intrigue, and military)
