Man, whatever is Giltless up to?
Endless cycles of nervous paranoia about finally being introduced to Remilia, interspersed with Headless-snuggling on account of said worrying. Also, things like book-learning and history and stuffs so she's a properly-educated young thing-growing-in-someone-else's-head-thing.

I hope we attack patch at the end of this. We do have a lot of violence pent up.
Actually trying to attack Patchouli with intent to kill/harm would end badly for Flan.

I wonder if this will have some form of (subtle?) insult in it?
Or if it gets harder the more agitated Flandre is...

I thought Flandre was stronger than Patchoulli.

Magicians increase exponentially in threat with the more time they have to prepare. Against a known unstable element like Flandre who Patchouli has been living around for decades at minimum, I imagine she has contingencies that could utterly dominate Flandre. Doesn't help that vampires have rather extreme weaknesses that Magicians would be great at taking advantage of with preparation and Flandre isn't exactly good at counterplanning.

With all that said, she's basically extended family and really important to Remilia. Seriously going after her would be rather depressing and attacking her with lethal intent for any reason other than a serious threat to ourself, Ilya, or Remilia seems like a backstep in Flandre's progress.

In addition to what @Brainwasher said, Flan currently has a geas on her that Patchouli can use to cripple her. In a blank slate, one-on-one confrontation with no prep, Flan would butcher Patchouli without a contest; when she has a geas that can shut her down and Patchouli has preparations to fight Gilgamesh in open combat and has a temporary 'territory' with as many defensive spells as she could place in a short time without compromising her other objectives, Flan would get wrecked.

Pretty sure the original "attack her" was meant to be back at the Scarlet mansion where we are not anymore under a geass and where Patchoulli would likely not expect us to take some cathartic revenge.

I personally are also not for going into that with lethal intent, but as long as it's just momentary pain. Well in my eyes Patchoulli deserves some pain for the really emotional hurtful things she said (I mean the gift was a nice idea for an apology, but that doesn't mean she can just continue to insult and use Flandre as an attack dog), that and she could gain something from learning that provoking vampires known for their bad temper is not a good idea.

Under Remilia's watchful eye? Not to mention that the library is a place where Patchouli has spent nearly the entirety of the last century or so and has automatic protections that spring up if it even seems like an attack is going to be committed. Patchouli doesn't need to expect an attack, because she made sure long ago that a sneak attack would run into several barriers.

Which isn't to say that Patchouli can't be surprised and defeated in her library, but Flandre alone isn't capable of pulling it off short of Breaking her.

Why are you still going with this though...? Sure, she's a bit annoying, but that's no reason to attack her. Besides, even if your Flandre, pretty sure attacking family friends, even if they are not yours, goes against all logic.

Because I dislike her being a manipulative, condescending bitch to Flandre. She already hurt her and just now tried to manipulate her into being her attack dog, an animal, against Kiritsugu, while she still would make it seem as Flandre's fault for losing her temper.
My definition of family friend would include having a measure of respect for Flandre, at least enough not to use her as a tool, and Flandre also doesn't seem to be too against hurting Patchoulli, even if she wouldn't do anything really bad to her.

Honestly it's more for my about not just quietly taking the treatment Patchoulli gives Flandre.

"Friend of the Family" not "Friend of Flandre".

But yes, Pachouli's a bitch, however I suspect we'd be better off complaining to Remilia or 'accidentally' breaking one of her experiments or something.

Unless we think we can enjoy beating her at danmaku.

I'm more than okay with something like that. Like I said for me it's more about not just taking this treatment from her.

I kinda want to go to Remi after this and just let it all out to her, Because then it'd look like Patchy is definitely helping to up that instability of flans.

Tried (briefly) looking for Scarlet Sisters Thanksgiving-related picture. Found an adorable Christmas one that I'll try to remember to put here in a month, but nothing distinctively Thanksgivingish. :(

Anyway, Happy Thanksgiving!

I believe that makes it a tie. So, we should take Ilya up to the roof and play card games with our challenge. 'tis only logical.

EDIT: Drat. *shakes fist*
