One thing I've never understood with the Marvel interpretation of telekinetic's is how much they actually downplay their abilities. For example in this fic Taylor is essentially a non-mantin limited telekinetic which is quite a scary prospect if you actually take a second to think about it, she could in theory telekinetically grab a persons brain stem and give it a 180° twist without much effort instant neck snap without leaving any visible signs. In all honesty these gang members should be utterly terrified of making her mad.

I shall take it as the rare specimen of Taylor/Noelle then.
I somehow missed this, so I venture a question.
Is there even a Taylor/Noelle story out there?

So this story is pretty neat. I am looking forward with interest to how Lisa manages to blow everything up, and vaguely hoping she doesn't come out of it too dead. (Because in a situation this tentative, Tattletale poking around with her characteristic subtlety can only end in explosions. If she's lucky, it'll be Taylor exploding Coil. But there will be explosions.)
I figure Taylor does not actually want to kill though, because she wants to be a hero and all (just not as a ward), and heroes don't normally go around killing people.
Its also possible that GG has explained the manton rules, and Taylor realises that if she exposes that her ability is not manton-limited, then everyone will be after her. I mean as you point out, she could basically easily kill virtually anyone by crushing their hearts&brains inside their bodies at will. If/when people figure that out, it will change everything. In the eyes of people like say Coil and Piggot, Taylor will suddenly go from a decently powerfull para-human to someone who can for example easily kill people like Lung with (literally!) a single thought, or mentally tear apart entire teams of lethal opponents without effort from the inside out.
How many people are there in the entire series that can survive having all their internal organs simultaneously explode inside their bodies due to Taylor using TK to crush all of them at once?
How would someone who can do that be rated anyway?

You and I both know that she would never actually kill anyone like that, well except for S. class threats(Cough Jack Slash cough cough). However her only appearances as a superhero were by herself except for a few times that she teamed up with glorygirl and the other two independent heroes, so she's a relatively unknown cape. This means that the gangs will more than likely be cautious around her in order to not alienate a relatively new player in the game. Also I'd really like to see what happens to coil after he kidnaps her.
We saw in the last chapter that Taylor is still capable of using TK while being distracted and in pain so I see no reason why she wouldn't be able to use is if she was drugged. If anything having her drugged would lower her self-control, and we all know how much control she has over her fire abilities.

For one she doesn't have the life experience necessary to really munchkin out her powers, and is thus prone to unexpected things bringing her down as just shown.
The interesting thing about how this story relates to Accelerator is that while AcceleTaylor is also pretty much God tier, Sirin is currently being limited by her mindset and lack of goals.
In a fight between the two Sirin could completely neutralize AcceleTaylor's vectors with TK, yet AcceleTaylor completely outclasses Sirin in terms of the mindset necessary to use her abilities.
For one she doesn't have the life experience necessary to really munchkin out her powers, and is thus prone to unexpected things bringing her down as just shown.

Guess it's time make one. Suggest it on the Worm ideas thread, maybe? A fic where Taylor has a power that can actually cure Noelle and is kidnapped by Coil to actually do it (and thus have the Travellers be in his debt forever) or one where Taylor has a Nullification aura and thus is the only person that Noelle can be safe around?

It was just a curiosity on my part as there isn't one out there that I am aware of.
Just 2c here from the Coil omake. If Taylor/Phoenix got caught by Coil and really pissed her off, she wouldn't have to TK or deep-fry him or anything. Just up and master him in the 'other' timeline when Coil uses his power and force him to kill himself again and again. Or use the P-Force's very nature of life and evolution to enhance Coil's power until his very sense of self is lost in the infinite timelines. He would get exactly what he wanted with Daniah to the n'th degree, and suffer the fate he tried to force on others at the same time. Poetic irony.

Poor Coil's shard. Accord has to have perfection and with the way Coil's power works, it will have a devil of a time achieving it.
