Fiend: Thread Three, Thread Harder. [Exalted/Worm]

Acts of villainy FTW!

No no no, That was smash, grab, and smash again. Then they left. Also, the impression I got is that they were leaving in a hurry because they have a tight timetable to hit everything.
I'm not seeing the smash again. But I agree that "more smash!" is a valid reason to hurry when leaving.

"More smash" is also a viable solution to most problems in general.
Only if you're doing something wrong.
In order for it to be a solution for most problems, it means that you fail to solve them with "smash" on the first try more often than not. Your problem is that you hesitate to use unrestrained violence right off the bat, possibly due of some misplaced fear of "overkill". Which is silly, because there is no such thing as overkill.

General opinions on her:

Malfeas: "Not too bad, but she needs to stop sneaking around so much and spend more time unleashing hatefire and ordering people around."
Cecelyne: "She's one of mine at heart, I'm just waiting for her to get over that ridiculous 'protect those weaker than yourself' phase."
SWLIHN: "She fails."
Adorjan: "..."
Ebon Dragon: "I approve! I'll send someone to assassinate her immediately."
Kimbery: "Come here! Mother wants to give you a big hug!"

Note: Actual accuracy of responses is highly questionable.

Sundancer, after checking that we were far enough away, lit up her fiery orb. Harsh light emanated from it, as it grew hotter and hotter. She loosed it, and it flew right through the hole Damsel had made. As one, both of us turned away, as a brief fireball blasted out the windows of the warehouse. Sundancer walked towards me, gently stepping over the melted pavement.
Cool girls don't look at explosions. They blow things up and then walk away.

Don't forget Isidoros - his things are strenght and doing whatever the hell you want - he must love Defiler.

And now I imagine all Yozi watching Taylor's adventures in Well of Udr and commenting from time to time.
Also, when she burned Noelle:
Malfeas: GOOOOAL!
Is it terrible that I'm now imagining Malfeas as a Brazilian Football Fan? Complete with rampaging riots of destruction?

And The Ebon Dragon blowing the VuVuZeLa of course.

Nay, lad, you're thinking of the soccer hooligan you find in europe... :3

Good News Everyone!

The shitposting ends here.

Allow me to introduce myself. I am Robo Jesus, one of the authors of Fiend, and I have come in here to put my foot down on this... disturbing issue that seems to have developed as of late.

Should any of you poor dears be underneath when said foot comes down, that would be a true pity.

True. Pity.

But that's beside the point! You see ladies and gentlemen, discussion about things relevant to Fiend is fine and dandy, and even encouraged! Truly it would be monsterous of us to squelch such passionately encouraged forms of discussion.

Even discussion about possible future events, or how certain charms may affect the story, or speculation in regards to how characters may react to things, or even the posting and minor discussion of omakes are more than welcome within this splendid thread of ours!

Discussion about "Soccer" however, is not. Nor are other forms of shit-posting welcome here. And there certainly seems to be a large amount of that in this thread. -_-

Now logiccosmic and I are very forgiving people, most generous in our compassion and understanding. We understand that to err is to be human. But our patience, our understanding, and even our forgiveness have limits. Limits that some have already gone out of their way to test.

So the foot of the Gods comes down now as we make our two divine decrees:

#1. No shit-posting. We won't tolerate it, we don't appreciate it, and we will have it removed if need be, along with the people posting it should the situation warrant it.

#2. We are implementing a three strike policy for this and all future Fiend threads. Earn three strikes and you're gone from this thread, permanently. We will not make this retroactive, but there are three ways to earn strikes. One, being disruptive to the thread in general. Two, being told by an author to stop and not doing so. Three, acting in a manner which brings in moderators.

And on the note of people who have earned strikes, there will be a list for future reference. Don't be on it. ^_^

Hey there~

Echoing the above.

Do you want this thread to go the way of Gregg? Or more recently, GoldenLark?

I don't~

(Mostly because I am moving, and coming back to something like that, after carrying shit down several flights of stairs all day is not my idea of a good time)

So post reponsibly~

No problem, I tend not to obsessing about tiny mechanics and how Taylor'll break the laws of, well, everything, next update.

Plus, with the lag, not like I do that much posting anyway.

Now, to get slightly on topic, the Lawgivers might want to consider a change in scenery.

After all, hunt in one area long enough, and either you hunt out all the game, or the game start packing bigger guns.

I'm thinking Chicago, or maybe Philly, for a nice vacation. Plus they can practice their powers...

Personally, as someone who doesnt shitpost, I have no problem, but I do need to ask a more important question.

When's the next update? ;)

It is up her alley, since she got the apartment, the van, the appointment with the costume guy... Really, Damsel is pretty handy as long as you don't have to rely on her bravery.
I'm sure there's a charm to inspire stupid amounts of bravery...

Noticing that the third post is still empty except for the words 'Character Sheet', I'm wondering, when will the current character sheet be posted?

The Deadline has now passed Herr Doktor! We will now begin shooting a hostage, every fifteen minutes, until such time as the goods are delivered! :p

Readers can be so demanding. Let the artists complete their works naturally. The muse is a fickle mistress but also a petulant one. Try & force her to work & she may abandon our dear artists altogether. In other works, they'll get to it when they get to it so wait patiently.

I'm pretty sure that first one was just a joke, actually.
