It seems that the ways souls work here is rather different, albeit despite your preferences you are still a daemon prince of the changer of ways and lack a soul, not to mention a physical form in exchange for the lives of your sons and immortality. the last part was the price you could have done without. At the moment it seems that nothing wrong is coming from it but you know all too well that something will go wrong at some point.
From what you have observed you theorise that if this continues Shirou may end up thinking your own thoughts, while that is not necessarily a bad thing given who you are it is not a good thing either as he will lose his already limited individuality, given the nature of his makeshift soul, something you area a little envious of him for possessing while you don't, that may be a key factor of why your thoughts are leeking over to his.
At the moment only your thoughts are and only in very diluted ways, none of your emotions are leaking over which you note is a good thing. Still something must be done about this, while Shirou could prove to be the perfect vessel you did not save him and reshape him for that, while you could alter your designs to include that into it, you would prefer that he keeps what little of his humanity he has left.
The problem is you don't have a permanant solution to this, perhaps you should do nothing and continue your research before you go damaging anything that will not be easily replaced.
[] Make a temporary barrier that protects Shrou's individuality, while it is not permanent it will give you some time to sort other things out before you go back to it.

If you were to interfere it might cause some irreparable damage and you would have to reconstruct the boy's mind and memories from scratch, not that such an action is beyond you

Still in the experimental stage you are quite sure that your less than perfect attempts may have if not definitive attracted the attention of the resident. Still it is something you should consider continuing now that you have established where this place is you will be able to form a contact with it or even manifest yourself there even only as an astral projection.
