Some Evocation ideas:
It twists the ambitions of others to serve its wielder. Everyone who opposes Ambition ends up aiding the wielder of Ambition.
Rival Spirit: Entering a real, life-or-death fight with Ambition grants massive bonuses to training speed.
Anyone with a willpower score of < 3 automatically serves the Ambitions of the wielder of the sword.
Nothing can stand between Ambition and its goal. Makes you move really fast.
Pierce the heavens: Same as the Total Annihilation spell, but with a sunlight/solar theme instead of green.
Break the glass ceiling: Any mortals aiding Ambition can heal like Exalted, spend willpower like Exalted, and can stunt like Exalted. Or something else? I'm not clear on Exalted 3 mechanics. Anyway, it makes mortals more like Exalted for a brief while.
Lacking all restraint: Every time you take a major, ambitious risk, you get a bunch of willpower/motes.
Ceaseless toil: Training counts as rest for purposes of regaining willpower and motes.
