You are a surviving Ethereal, one whose body was uniquely undamaged by the illness that struck down your kind, escaping death via X-COM through an unknown psionic anomaly. Arriving in this new Galaxy full of life, you have ample opportunity to be better, or worse, than before. Elder's Blessings upon ye.

Mechanics so Far
Turns represent a month of spent time

Research will usually take more than one turn, represented by [1/7] or the like, with rolls made to determine if there will be a 'breakthrough', two
bars of progress made, or a 'stall', a turn passing without any progress made.

Actions also take multiple turns, though Events pop up frequently and can be pursued without pausing an Action, Research, or Construction

[X] Plan: Sith Empire Version 30 something
-[X]The Trade Federation's blockade of Naboo (You appear somewhere in the galaxy during the events of the Phantom Menace)
-[X] Feel relieved (It is over. The countless sins that you and your kind have committed have been put to rest, the peoples you abused and stole from many worlds now free to forge their own path. (You are regretful of what the Ethereals had become, in the end, and do not wish to repeat the mistakes of the past. You are an Elder, who will do your part to ensure that the sins of your kind are not repeated.)
-[X] A world of dark storms and vicious jungle (You appear on Dromund Kaas)
-[X] Subservients born of the laboratories on earth (You have 100 improved aliens available, an even split of Modified Sectoids, Vipers, Mutons, Andromedons and Archons. You have access to a single intact Large UFO

Name: R'lyeh
Your mind settled over those of your Subserviants like a gentle fog, examining their memories and picking apart their experiences, seeking an answer to how you and they had found yourself here. None had been within the range of the anomaly, and there seemed to be no memory or record within their minds of how they found themselves here. Your attention turned from the minds of the majority of your Subserviants to the Assassin, who had fallen to her knee and bowed her head. The last she remembered was being struck down by X-COM, overwhelmed in a hail of plasma and laser fire and dying having failed you. You hovered near to her, looking down on the… child of you and your kind. She did not twitch, did not move her head upwards as you

[Relieved Elder]

Let your feet touch the ground, and reach out to her with a single, thin, hand.

"Rise, child ours." The Assasin's head slowly rose, gazing into your mask, then lowering again to your hand. You could feel her hesitation, her fear of punishment for impertinence, and… a faint hope. Her hand was lain in yours, and you pulled her to her feet.

You turn your attention to the environment of this world you'd found yourself upon, the howling winds in the trees and flashes of lightning seeming… hungry. There was a constant pressure upon your mind and the minds of your Subserviants, though it was easy to shield them from. You direct them with a mental prod to enter the Idolatry-Class Frigate, the Assassin falling in behind you as you once more levitate slightly above the ground, drifting towards it. You are unsure of what native life might be here, and do not wish to risk yourself or your Subserviants. You enter the command center and…

ACTIONS: PICK TWO

[ ] Secure the surrounding area (Vipers and Mutons seem to be most agitated by this world, and are eager to demolish the surrounding area to ease their minds) [0/2]

[ ] Scout the area (The sensors on the Frigate are not very powerful, and the Archons are itching to take to the skies again) [0/2]

[ ] Fortify the area (Andromedons and Mutons are not ideal for construction efforts, but without Hybrids or the facilities to grow more they're the best you have.) [0/2]

[ ] Scan for unfamiliar minds (The Sectoids are eager to obey your will, and will make every effort to find anything of interest) [0/1]

RESEARCH: PICK ONE

[ ] Accelerated Hybrid Production (You don't have the facilities to produce hybrids yet, but it seems prudent to 'get ahead of the curve' as the humans would put it) [0/3]

[ ] Study the Unnerving Presence (There's something in the air, the water, the wind, that brings about a chill to the spine.) [0/3]

[ ] Analyze the local Flora and Fauna (The plants and animals are… unnatural, whether through the interference of Psionics or gene editing, and you are eager to learn which) [0/3]

CONSTRUCTION: PICK TWO (More construction options will open up once you have an established base)

[ ] Open up a room for future construction (The Frigate doesn't have much spare room for anything non-essential, but you should be able to get at least enough room to construct a small facility out of it) ]0/3]

HERO ACTIONS: THE ASSASSIN

-Secure The Surrounding Area [½] (D20 rolled 12, no effect)

Hakrukgh roared back at the cat-thing that had crept out of the bushes and attempted to pounce on Sessek, slamming his fist into it's face over and over again as it tried to claw through his armor, the Viper's plasma beam burning into it's flesh. The answering roars of Hakrukgh's brothers from further away told him that he was not the only one dealing with these monsters.

Gained new research option: 'Megafauna: Felidae Kaasias'.

-Scout the Area [2/2] (D20 rolled 19, BREAKTHROUGH)

AR - 882 drifted above the tips of the trees, the recorders built into his skull sending a live feed back to the Frigate of everything in the surrounding area, sighting something of great interest in the distance. The decaying remnants of a great city. He felt new commands drift into his thoughts, to provide overwatch for the glorious Assassin as she delved into the ruins.

-

D'har Ke'sgh strode down empty streets shrouded in the Vanishing Wind, stepping over and around the decaying remnants of vehicles and abandoned robots, mentally marking locations that she knew would be of interest to the Elder. This civilization must have once been proud and mighty to stand in defiance of the hostile world they'd lived upon, but like all things, they had passed.

Without much of real interest to take her attention away from it, Ke'sgh's mind turned towards the Elders. Or rather, the Elder. The last of her creators, the first to show her any degree of kindness. Perhaps it was a passing whim of her master, or something more fundamental had changed. It mattered not, she'd serve faithfully. As she always had.

Gained new ACTION: Explore the Ruined City [1/?]

-Open up a room for future construction (x2) [⅔] (Rolled a 10, no effect)

Study the Unnerving Presence [0/3] (Rolled a 3, Stalled)

You could feel it press in against you and the less capable minds under your protection, attempting to find purchase there, perhaps corrupt them and use them against you, or perhaps it was utterly incapable of such plotting. Regardless, you were fully occupied the whole of the month in keeping it out before it finally subsided, just in time for your child to return to you from the Ruined City. You structure the new data you have acquired upon the command screen and begin the work of assigning duties for the next month

ACTIONS: PICK TWO

[ ] Secure the surrounding area (Vipers and Mutons seem to be most agitated by this world, and are eager to demolish the surrounding area to ease their minds) [1/2]

[ ] Explore the Ruined City (The rotting carcass of a once-mighty city, who knows what manner of secrets might be hidden within and beneath) [1/?] (As the Assassin already began to explore the main street of the City, you start with a single bar of progress towards uncovering it's secrets)

[ ] Fortify the area (Andromedons and Mutons are not ideal for construction efforts, but without Hybrids or the facilities to grow more they're the best you have.) [0/2]

[ ] Study the bodies of the Megafauna: Felidae Kaasias that your Mutons and Vipers failed to tear to pieces (Their strength was disproportionate for their size, and their bodies were incredibly durable. Perhaps you could create a new breed of Hybrid Subservients from the genetic code) [0/4]

CONSTRUCTION: PICK TWO (More construction options will open up once you have an established base)

-Secure the surrounding area (D20 rolled, 9 + 5 (Assassin), 14. No effect) [2/2]
-Fortify the area (D20 rolled, 11, no effect) [½]

D'har cleanly severed the head of the last cat from it's body, the Mutons that it had been stalking busy clearing out felled trees as Andromedons laid down duracrete barricades and force-field projectors. The wildlife had been behaving oddly near the end, the clever strategies that they'd used against the Subserveints falling away in favor of mindless aggression. It was, to her at least, a sign that there was something sinister at work.

Can now build facilities in the area surrounding the ship, amounting to a total of 4 building slots.

-Study the unnerving presence (D20 rolled, 17, BREAKTHROUGH) [⅔]

The presence that had assaulted you and yours seemed… exhausted, for lack of a better term, barely able to fend off your mental assault in turn. From it, you learned a great deal, though the way it stored information made it somewhat difficult to decipher. A humanoid race of red hide lived in this place, once, and were responsible, somehow, for the creation of the presence. Their enemies came here from the stars and… well, the limited information you could glean fell apart near the end, but you could surmise their fate by the state of the Ruined City.

-Open up a room for future construction (D20 rolled, 15 rolled, no effect) [4/3]

Enough room for a single facility has been cleared within the transport , but you won't be able to make room for more without cutting into critical systems.

Can now build: 'Cloning / Hybrid Production Facility', 'Auto-factory Facility', 'Psionic Relay Facility' on the ship.

At the end of this month, you feel more confident in you and your Subservient's position on this world, though you will not be truly secure until the fortifications are in place. With a gentle brush against your subordinate's minds, you get to work plotting out the next month.

Fortify the Area (Rolled D20, 15, no effect) [2/2]
Repeated heavy plasma rifle fire echoes from the tops of the walls, the howls and snarls of the jungles inhabitants dying away until there is at last silence. The area is finally secured.

Scan for unfamiliar minds (Rolled D20, 8, no effect) [1/1]
Study the Unnerving presence (Rolled D20, 19, BREAKTHROUGH) [4/3]

The sectoids chatter away in your mind, informing you of the mighty mind that you were already aware of, though their efforts have confirmed what you already suspected. The Presence is alive, in a sense, awake, and very angry. You will likely have to contend with it sooner rather than later, considering how it seems to have influence over all life on this planet.

However, as your sectoids provided a small distraction to the presence, you were able to slip in through the cracks and split it open, for a time, taking from it everything that it knew about this world and the people that had once lived here. The world was named Dromund Kaas, the capital city of an empire that spanned many worlds. The leaders of this empire had been the 'Sith', both the name of a psionically active ruling class and the species of the red-hide creatures. Their empire had lasted for at least a millenia, half the time that the Ethereal collective had been in existence before they lost a war against… the presence knew them only as 'The Enemy', though from what you have gleaned, it is likely that the Sith had brought about the war that ended their species. You have learned a little of the technology that these Sith used, of particular interest being this 'Hyperdrive'. A method of FTL that did not require an exhaustive amount of psionic effort would be a great boon regardless of anything else.

'Ruined City' Identified as 'Kaas City'
Location of Interest Identified: 'Dark Temple'
Location of Interest Identified: 'Space-Port'
World Identified as 'Dromund Kaas'
Worlds of interest found: 'Korriban', 'Ziost'

Build a facility in the cleared area:
-Cloning / Hybrid Production Facility (D20 Rolled, 10, no effect) [⅓]
-Hybrid Training Facility (D20 Rolled, 20 + 5 (Assassin), 25, LEGENDARY BREAKTHROUGH) [3/3]

As the process of creating production and training facilities was underway, your Child seemed to have a burst of psionic inspiration and set to work on the latter immediately. Unnecessary components were cut out, training programs were remade from the ground up, and your child seems to have taken a very personal interest in training your subservients to be the best they could be.

(Assassin gained trait: Invested Leader, +5 to any Action she is assigned to where she is in command of subservient units, in addition to the normal +5 roll bonus.)
You cannot utilize the training facility until new Hybrids are produced.

You were not afraid to admit that your Child's actions did not surprise you, but so long as she did not throw away her life or the lives of her subordinates in her fervor, you would not attempt correction. It was nearing half a year since you had arrived on this world, and with the new revelations you'd pried from the presence's mind, you were more than ready to begin uncovering the secrets of this world.

ACTIONS: PICK TWO

[ ] Explore the Kaas City (The rotting carcass of a once-mighty city, who knows what manner of secrets might be hidden within and beneath) [1/?]

[ ] Search for the Dark Temple (The Sith might be gone, but their Psionic Secrets remain. You believe that the effort to uncover them will be well-spent) [0/?]

[ ] Search for the Space Port (Though the ships once docked there might be rusted and decayed, they might provide you insight into new technologies and methods of interstellar travel) [0/?]

Year 1, Month 5
Explore Kaas City (Rolled D20, 19, BREAKTHROUGH) [3/?]

The exploration team began on the outskirts of the city, an even mix of Sectoids, Mutons and Vipers that each used their unique advantages to cover more ground and uncover all that they thought would be of interest to you. Mutons shoved rubble out of the way, creating entryways into long-destroyed buildings that the Vipers could slip into and survey the area, the Sectoids keeping their minds connected and keeping up a constant watch for the minds of any hostile wildlife. They made a surprising amount of progress as the month passed, finding intact, if mummified, remains. Preliminary analysis of the shriveled up flesh indicates that there is still enough genetic information to be used, if properly analyzed.

Research Option unlocked: Mummified Pureblood Sith (Sitakhari Nobilis)

Search for the Space Port (Rolled D20, 14, no effect) [1/?]

Sadly, the search for the 'Space Port' has not gone as well. There are many decayed structures that have been buried in the jungle, most of which contained nothing but dust and non-functional machinery, so rusted and damaged that nothing of value could be gleaned. It could not hide from you forever, you knew. Somewhere in this jungle, it waited.

Accelerated Hybrid Production (Rolled D20, 11, no effect) [⅓]

Progress is being made, but if you are not very careful in how you manage the growth, you will cripple the Hybrids and render them non-functional. In spite of how the rest of your kind had treated them, you refused to cut corners that might lead to the harm of your subordinates. Their lives were in your hands, and you took that responsibility very seriously.

Build Facilities:
-Cloning / Hybrid Production Facility (Rolled D20, 6, no effect) [⅔]
-Auto-Factory Facility (Rolled D20, 8 + 5 (Assassin), 13, no effect) [⅓]

Progress is being made, the new facilities progressing without any issues of note. The exploration of Kaas City, and the search for the Port, would likely be continuous efforts for the rest of the year, if you had to guess. You rest yourself on a cushion, lessening your hold on the minds of your subservients yet still guiding them. In time, you may need only a slight touch.

[ ] Extract the genetic code of the Pureblood Sith (Another psionically active Hybrid species under your control could only be a boon, though there might be… teething issues if the aggression that the presence recalled was any indication) [0/4]

[ ] Analyze the local Flora and Fauna (The plants and animals are… unnatural, whether through the interference of Psionics or gene editing, and you are eager to learn which) [0/3]

Year 1, Month 6
Explore Kaas City (Rolled D20, 19, BREAKTHROUGH) [5/?]

For the second expedition, you made sure that a small contingent of Andromedon were sent out alongside the other subservients, thinking that their immense strength, even when compared to a Muton, would be an asset to the investigation. How right you were. Two Andromedon were capable of lifting a heavy block of some exotic alloy, letting a team of Vipers and Mutons into what seemed to be the governing center. Compared to the rest of Kaas City it was unusually intact, red carpets and flickering lights greeting your subservients as they explored the building. There was a lack of bodies here, meaning that these people at least had evacuated before the city fell. Small artifacts that gave off a strange energy to the Sectoid's psionic senses were brought back at the end of the month's long expedition, those being a strange triangular device that you had yet to decipher the secrets of, and a blade that stank of despair and hate to your senses.

New Research Options Available:
Psionically(?) Charged Pyramid
Psionically(?) Charged Longsword

Search for the Space Port (Rolled D20, 12 + 10 (Assassin), 22, BREAKTHROUGH) [3/3]

With your child taking charge of the hunt for the Space Port, it went by far more quickly than you'd thought it would. Utilizing Archons to search from the air and Andromedons to clear the rubble, the ruined Space Port was found. Luckily enough, there was a single ship that was in… mostly operational state, the controls intuitive enough that your child was able to fly it back to you. You had expected to perhaps find a ship that had some parts of it's 'hyperdrive' still functional, not a ship that was entirely functional in of itself. It would be far easier to reverse engineer it than otherwise.

New Research Options Available:
Reverse Engineer Intact Spaceship

Accelerated Hybrid Production (Rolled D20, 16, no effect) [⅔]

Progress is being made, and that is good enough for you, for now at least.

Build Facilities:
Cloning / Hybrid Production Facility (Rolled D20, 14, no effect) [3/3]
Auto-Factory Facility (Rolled D20, 19, BREAKTHROUGH) [3/3]

When the Muton construction workers finished with the Hybrid Production Facility, a flash of inspiration seemed to strike them and, without your input, they made a significant change to the ongoing construction of the Auto-Factory. The construction was finished within the last week of the month.

(CLONING MECHANICS: You may choose a type of Hybrid to clone once the pods are empty, but once you've made a choice, you can not change it until Hybrid production is complete)
(Auto-factory mechanics: The factory will produce the arms and armor you need as needed, no further interaction required.)
(Hybrid training facility functions in the same way as the auto-factory, it will be used automatically to train hybrids.)

You are finally able to produce new Hybrids, a boon that will allow you to expand fairly rapidly. Next, the ship and the strange near-Psionic energies of this world.

ACTIONS: PICK TWO

[ ] Explore the Kaas City (The rotting carcass of a once-mighty city, who knows what manner of secrets might be hidden within and beneath) [5/?]

[ ] Search for the Dark Temple (The Sith might be gone, but their Psionic Secrets remain. You believe that the effort to uncover them will be well-spent) [0/?]

RESEARCH: PICK ONE

[ ] Accelerated Hybrid Production (You don't have the facilities to produce hybrids yet, but it seems prudent to 'get ahead of the curve' as the humans would put it) [2/3]

[ ] Examine the Pyramid (The essence it gives off reminds you strongly of psionic energy, but something is… off. This requires intensive study) [0/5]

[ ] Examine the Longsword (However this thing was created, it was through incredible suffering.) [0/4]

[ ] Reverse Engineer Intact Ship (It was fortune beyond imagining that led to the recovery of an intact vessel, and the process of reverse engineering it should go by quickly) [0/2]

CONSTRUCTION: PICK TWO

[ ] Build a facility within the ship
-[ ] Cloning / Hybrid Production Facility (Produces Hybrid workers, require training to be useful troopers) [0/3]
-[ ] Auto-factory Facility (Required to produce weapons and armor for your Hybrid Soldiers) [0/3]
-[ ] Psionic Relay Facility(Required to communicate with your subservients over galactic distances) [0/3]

[ ] Build a facility in the cleared area [3 out of 4 slots full]
-[ ] Psionic Relay Facility (Required to communicate with your subservients over galactic distances) [0/3]
-[ ] Officer Training Facility (Required to unlock 'Elite' variants of units and produce Hero Units.) [0/3]
-[ ] Sanctum of Silence (A personal facility for the Assassin to hone her skills and delve further into her psionic gifts, required to unlock more abilities for her.) [0/5]

HYBRID PRODUCTION, CHOOSE ONE

(A single batch of clones contains a hundred individuals)

[ ] Muton [0/3]

[ ] Viper [0/3

[ ] Archon [0/3

[ ] Sectoid [0/3

[ ] Andromedon [0/3

[ ] ADVENT Hybrid [0/3

HERO ACTIONS: THE ASSASSIN

Explore the City (Rolled D20, 20, BREAKTHROUGH) (Ok seriously what is going on here) [7/?]

A larger team of Vipers, Mutons, Andromedons and Sectoids were sent back into the 'City Center' as you'd taken to calling it, scouring each and every one of the rooms they'd previously rushed through to secure anything and everything that had been of slightest interest. In that task, they uncovered a safe hidden under a carpet in a particularly opulent office, one that was no match for the Andromedon that tore it out of the floor and ripped the door off of it, revealing it's interior to be some sort of information storage device shaped like a slab, a small circular thing, and a knife that, to your senses, felt the same as the longsword.

The device was unlocked quickly, its secrets yours to peruse. It was revealed to be the personal journal of one 'Darth Thanaton', though you are unsure if Darth is a name or a title as of yet. It had some fairly damning information on rivals long dead, alongside plots against a 'Republic' and 'Jedi'. Presumably the enemies that drove his kind to extinction. The circular device was apparently for real-time communications across fairly vast distances, though there didn't seem to be anything active on the other end of the connection. The knife, though…

'Psionically(?) Active Knife' and 'Psionically(?) Active Longsword' combined into Research Option: Psionically Active(?) Melee Weapons

Search for the Dark Temple (Rolled D20, 9, no effect) [1/?]

Thanks to your subservient's work within Kaas City, you knew the general direction that the Dark Temple could be found in, alongside ample warning from translated texts of the maddened spirits and abominations that prowled the grounds. While you are dubious of the claims of the restless dead, you are unwilling to rush the work of locating it by sending faster, but more isolated, squads out into the jungle to die by psionically enhanced abominations.

Accelerated Hybrid Production (Rolled D20, 6, no effect) [3/3]

You've finally found a way to accelerate the growth of Hybrids without compromising their stability or lifespan, a welcome boon seeing as you require both plentiful and healthy subordinates.

(Production on all units sped up by a turn)

Build Psionic Relay on Ship (Rolled D20, 12, no effect) [⅓]

The beginnings of the Relay are going well, though you have had to keep the majority of the Sectoids back on the ship to aid in atuning it to the correct psionic frequencies as it develops.

Build Officer Training School (Final Slot) (Rolled D20, 1 + 5 (Assassin), 6, no effect) [⅓]

It was by fortune alone that your child noticed the instability in the ground that the Officer Training School was built upon, one that would have led to the collapse of the facility as it was half-way built and, with the aid of Vipers in tight tunnels, reinforced the earth beneath.

You feel as though real progress is finally being made in your excavation and study of this strange world. On the dawning day of the new month, you settle in to meditate and plan

HYBRID PRODUCTION

=[X]= Viper (Useful for squeezing into small spaces and surprisingly durable, good for ambushes and low-to-mid quality espionage. Enough brainpower to help with research, each batch takes half a turn off of research time) [½]

[ ] Muton [0/2] (Very muscular and with good instincts for battlefield tactics, these are your shock-troopers and heavy construction workers. Each batch made reduces construction times by half a turn)

[ ] Archon [0/2] (Flight capable and with heavy onboard weapons systems, these cyborgs are ideal scouts and airborne supremacy units. No special bonuses at this time)

[ ] Sectoid [0/2] (Psionically active and constantly in contact with your own mind, Sectoids are ideal for relaying important information back to you and keeping the minds of subordinate squads connected for real-time tactical cooperation. Enough brainpower to help with research, each batch takes half a turn off of research time)

[ ] Andromedon [0/2] (Heavily modified off of the base Sectoid form, Andromedons require an acidic compound to survive but are, in exchange, the best pilots and front-line warriors available thanks to the direct neural connection they have to the machinery they pilot. Each batch made reduces construction times by half a turn)

[ ] ADVENT Hybrid [0/2] (Modified off of base-strain humans, ADVENT Hybrids are generalists that can be suited for a wide variety of roles, at the cost of the physical superiority of some of your other subordinates. Each batch made reduces construction times by half a turn. Enough brainpower to help with research, each batch takes half a turn off of research time.)

Explore Kaas City (Rolled D20, 15, no effect) [8/9]

Your subordinates pushed further into the governing center over the course of the month, the newest batch of Vipers contributing quite a bit to the overall effort. As the center was excavated, they slipped into the cracks and small spaces all around the city, mapping it out and ensuring that there was no other area of interest within the city limits. By the end of the month, you were sure that it wouldn't take much more time to excavate the rest.

(Completing the exploration of Kaas City unlocks the city as a new base location.)

Search for the Dark Temple (Rolled D20, 19 + 10 (Assassin), 29, LEGENDARY BREAKTHROUGH) [4/4]

Your child, alongside half of the newest batch of vipers, ventured deep into the jungles and cut through any native life that stood in her way, finally finding the structure that the presence had inadvertently revealed to you. It was massive, true, but hidden under thousands of years of plant growth and jungle encroachment. The exterior was covered, but a quick look at the interior revealed that not a single living thing dwelled there. Nothing living, but the dead?

-

D'har snarled as she deflected another of the clumsily swung plasma swords, severing the mummified warrior's arm with her secondary blade before ducking under another's swing, the abomination consumed in a flash of plasma fire by one of the many vipers that had accompanied her here. One Viper, however, was performing far beyond what she expected of them. Reacting faster than she should be able to, scales seeming to bleach in real time as she opened her maw wide and spat a glob of liquid that froze one of the mummified abominations solid. D'har smiled wide as she shattered it. The Elder would be pleased indeed.

LEGENDARY GAIN: Potential Hero Unit: Viper Queen (Must have Officer Training School unlocked to elevate to Hero Unit)

Gained ACTION: Explore the Dark Temple

Gained RESEARCH: Psionically(?) Animated Mummies, Psionically(?) Active Plasma Blade added to (Examine the Weapons)

Examine the Weapons (Rolled D20, 14, no effect) [2/4]

The Longsword and Knife were crafted in the same fashion and style, the same kinds of symbols along the sides and the same malice emanated from the both of them, though… one seemed to be far more oriented towards hatred and rage whilst the other was filled with terror and an urge to speak. A warrior's tool and a torturer's tool. Horrific.

Build a Facility: Officer Training Facility (Rolled D20, 20, BREAKTHROUGH)

With the ground stabilized, construction of the Officer Training Facility went along at a fairly normal pace… Then one of the Vipers that accompanied D'har suddenly developed the traits that were typical of a 'Monarch' Viper, and you came to the conclusion that it needed to be finished yesterday. By the end of the month, the facility was fully operational and ready to train up units.

(Elite Units will be automatically generated at the end of the year, to create hero units, you require hero unit candidates. These are most often generated through LEGENDARY BREAKTHROUGHS (rolls of 25+).)

Psionic Relay Facility (D20 Rolled, 3, STALL)(Finally a bad dice roll without the Assassin to negate it.) [⅔]

Your secoids were exhausted by the last month's efforts, and the opening of the Dark Temple means that you were unable to focus upon attuning the Relay. It should not take all that much more work, irregardless. You begin to plan for the coming month.

ACTIONS: PICK TWO

[ ] Explore the Kaas City (The rotting carcass of a once-mighty city, who knows what manner of secrets might be hidden within and beneath) [8/9]

[ ] Explore the Dark Temple (Animated dead prowl these halls, some seem to be more fresh than others, but all are equally deceased.) [1/?]

The core of this plasma blade screams suffering and anguish. It almost feels like it is... bleeding) [2/4]

[ ] Examine the Mummified Zombies (Psionic reanimation should only be possible when the brain and nervous system is still intact. That this does not seem to be the case here is… worrying.) [0/3]

[ ] Reverse Engineer Intact Ship (It was fortune beyond imagining that led to the recovery of an intact vessel, and the process of reverse engineering it should go by quickly) [0/2]

FACILITY FUNCTIONS

Officer Training Facility:

-[ ] Train the Viper Monarch to utilize her new psionic talents, and instill in her a duty to her people, and to you. [0/2]

(To outside observers, a Monarch would appear to be the ruler of their people, answering to you but still sovereign)
