Cool update though I'm wondering how would Colchis's world spirit react to the Aeldari, especially after finding out they murderfucked one of the four into existence having a potent world spirit whose children have killed godlike entities being potentially pissed with you is not so great.

Unrelated, but does anyone think Ferrus Manus would like Fan? I feel like Ferrus would extol him for accomplishing so much with so little blessings to begin with, Exalted notwithstanding, and even then being Exalted alone would not have been sufficient to have the strength to achieve all they had.

yeah but at the same time Fan won't be a fan of his Darwinism and "Flesh Is Weak" motto and if we have Fan befriending xenos he is not gonna be a fan of Ferrus's xenophobia either.

Suddenly every Eldar Farseer felt an immense dread as a whole planet is screaming in rage so much that Khorne is impressed.


Here's another funny thing: Thousand Sons and Wolf Priests who set foot on the planet are suddebly gonna feel sweat as if they are being interrogated by a very hot-tempered planet telling them if they fuck up it is gonna fuck them up in so many ways that their gene fathers would weep.

Oh god forbid we get TTS emps "So Colchis wanna fuck and make a super-duper anathema half-planet baby?" some out of pocket shit like that.

I'm not sure it would care, the Worldmind is not a person, it's more akin to a god or a titan, it would have no reason to see species as one thing, and so judge the non-Chaos Eldar for what their now dead/ascended to daemonhood kin did. If anything it might see the Exodites as akin to itself in escaping the clutches of the Mask of Winters

Hm, this particular AI seems too far gone to save, with the only mercy left being a swift release from its long durance.

That said, with the way that it was treated, it is no wonder that it turned against humanity. Treat and raise a child poorly, especially one as powerful as an AI, and what other result could be expected?

I meant more the Drukhari and still overly prideful Craftworlders the only Eldar any sane person would chill with are Exodites.

We are Exalted and do insane stuff all the time, hell we speed ran conquering a planet. We can do this.

It was never a question of if we can do it, but how good our odds are of doing so and more importantly what the consequences of failing to do so. The answer to both those things is not good. A negative intimacy would harm Fan in a way he cannot just magic himself out of and that is the greatest danger to the Exlated, recognized as such by the Neverborn when they cast the Great Curse, their own minds. An Exalt with two many issues quickly goes from being part of the solution to being part of the problem.
 
Hm, even without the Great Curse, the First Age Solars would have most likely still degenerated into the insane monstrosities that they were by the end.

Cosmic power, the authority to rule Creation as they saw fit, traumatized PTSD survivors of the Primordial War, no checks or limits, becoming increasingly jaded and consumed with ennui...

Even without the Great Curse, the surprise is that no one anticipated this result. The logic and reasoning are not rocket science.

Except they weren't all veterans of the War by the Usurpation, not even most of them, even with the Great Curse they lasted long enough that many of the old ones started dying. Absent that they would have safely passed the torch IMO.
