Hm, do not prematurely celebrate.

Whether it will be enough to stop the Mask of Winters remains to be seen. It may yet be necessary to abandon Colchis and leave it to the Mask of Winters as his new Thorns.

If we abandon this place it will be after converting a mountain into anti-matter and blowing it to planetary dust. If we can't have this planet the Once Born definitely cannot.

Oh? Such defiance. Now, a part of me greatly wishes to see the Mask of Winters succeed in gaining his foothold and begin advancing the cause of Oblivion.

She CANNOT learn CMA of any kind due to her Modular/Machine nature.

Shame, no Thousand Wounds Gear Style (Authocthonian CMA based on throwing spinning chakram made of clockwork gears).

I half expected her to become an Alchemical rather than a regular demigod.

Hmm. Granting her and five of her retinue the Demiurge merit that allows you to make Alchemical Exalted. Exalted explicitly can't get it, but she's not Exalted...

To each his own. I want to render him down to Soulsteel and make a sword out of him. :V

Unambitious, make him into soulsteel and design new parts to extend Thalassa's range of comeptencies.

For the device, thinking of:

[X] Exoskeleton
- [X] Even if you stand taller than you once did, as all true servants of the Machine God do, you stand on the shoulders of giants so you may see further. You have known the rapture of making and understanding true archeotech more than once in your short time on Colchis, but none have been greater than the Aegis Power Armour. Using what you learned from the relic you repaired, you can design a wonder, taking its sacred components and elevating them to be truly divine as part of you.

Basically, use the Aegis STC as a blueprint to start making a much, much better exoskeleton, as there should be a lot of overlap between power armour and an exoskeleton.

And going up against the Mask of Winters and an armour of DAoT ghosts we're going to need the combat power.

Ok, makes sense, she can make more stuff later but right now she needs to fight:

@Yzarc, for the stunt, can we grant Thalassa another Savant rating as we're now in turn six? Thinking of one in Essence based Magitech to help make an artifact, if that's possible.

Similarly, could we alternatively grant her a mutation (or gift)? Or, now she's a demigod and so immune to Perils, a Psyker power like Technopathy or Technokinesis. Or Mind Shields. Or, given her Time aspect, Precognition.

Edit: actually, maybe now's the moment to grant her True Faith in the Machine God.

Something else to consider, Thalassa can now awaken the Machine Spirits of our Power Armour.

If we can, propose swapping the relic armour with Dharok and seeing if the machine spirit can grant this gift, as presumably the armour has external speakers, and the armour grants stealth as an inherent ability:

Article:
Fog of War
Rank 4 Gift
No matter how disciplined the army and ordered the plan, a battlefield is chaos. Smoke, noise, hidden enemies and fear can all lead to disorganization. Even in the modern age, mistaken identity leads to "friendly fire" casualties. This Gift exacerbates this problem to often devastating effect. A commander might not see advancing foes, or see foes that aren't there; a team may fire upon allies, or mistake a command to "advance" for a call to "retreat." This Gift is taught by a raven- or other trickster-spirit.

System: The Garou sings, howls or plays an eerie song (bagpipes are popular), spends a Gnosis point and rolls Manipulation + Performance (difficulty 8). If successful, foes in hearing range must make a standard Perception roll every turn to be fully aware of what's happening around them. They lose one success on this roll for every success rolled by the player; if the end result is negative successes, it counts as a botch. Zero successes on a perception indicates confusion, while on a botch the character critically misinterprets what she sees. The Gift lasts as long as the song or howl continues, but the singer must concentrate on the song (and thus cannot engage in combat or other strenuous activity).

As Dharok's Mythos is Primary Social when used in combat, this could be ludicrously effective on the enemy ghosts, and it's the kind of thing that should ignore their DAoT armour. Sure he can't fight while singing, but with it we might be able to just walk through armies of enemies.

It's basically a particularly unusual form of magical ECM.

Is the Omnissiah in this universe Autochthon

It's a better match than you think, as Autocthon doesn't just love tools, but also faith and dogma, which is a pretty good match for the Mechanicum.

It's not perfect at all, but there's definitely a strong overlap.

Although I know there are a lot of votes for the Exoskeleton, and I advocated it, I'm wondering about the warframe as another option. It's less of an obvious thing to upgrade using the Aegis armour as a base, but it starts in a better place.

@Yzarc in warp time is fluid and cause and effect interchange quite rapidly. For Example before fall of Eldar Shaha Gaathon engineered birth of Slaaansh and in turn normalized its existence in Warp rather than remaining as a paradox. With A Demigoddes of Machine God being ascended will it not start birth of Machine God when there is vast amount of Faith already present in galaxy dedicated to unborn God?

This may partially depend whether, if speculated, there's some connection between the Machine God and Autocthon. If the later is still around in some form then the worship may already have a destination.

If Autocthon is out there and Thalassa has a connection to his Mythos, one way we could potentially try to reverse the Neverborn's potential takeover is to try to link the Worldsouls Mythos to him rather than them. Autocthon's themes do incorporate the possibility of death, and he assimilated a whole load of soulsteel into his world body, so his Mythos may be better able to assimilate the death essence that's already been inflicted on the planet better than most.

She does have a wish slot active at the moment. So you can grant her something. Yes she I'd immune to perils at the moment. She has mindshields 5 thanks to Lorgar. Need to add that.

The Machine God is a special case. I will say no more on this.

Warframe upgrades it from dreadnaught frame to a Warstrider.
