Loom Snarling Deception would be very good for messing with the Chaos Army, we can kill and impersonate some of their leaders. Does not matter of they personally hug demons on the regular, we have shaping defenses so we can give Chaos a taste of something they rarely have to deal with, infiltration.
The assassin temples would like to have a word with you

Well, as just noted, the Charm choice this time is already locked. Pattern-Reassertion Touch is the most pressing priority.

The only question is what 5 Mythos powers to purchase for Lorgar.

[X] Plan Engineer and Administrator
-[X] Fan Morgal
--[X] PATTERN-REASSERTION TOUCH 8 XP
--[X] Free XP: 4
-[X] Lorgar
--[X] Unspoken Plan Guarantee 10 XP
--[X] Rousing Speech 10 XP
--[X] You Can See Me? 10 XP
--[X] Omniglot 10XP
--[X] Crazy Enough to Work 10 XP
--[X] Free XP: 2

Reasoning
  1. We need this for the last minute ad mech deal in the plan to work
  2. Save the rest of the XP for more charms later
  3. The has an organization job in the current plan, this is perfect and it also has long term utility once we take over the planet
  4. We are about to fight an army several time our size, Rousing Speech would be very good, it would be even better for inspiring the slaves
  5. He needs a reliable way to see warp bullshit so he can punch it with martial arts and I do not think his half developed psychic powers are good enough
  6. This is the super-power of having more super-powers, including but not limited to True Killing Daemons
  7. 'Planet wide slave rebellion' is a kind of organization
  8. Nothing good to spend 2 XP on. Also no this note why I choose to focus on Mythos powers, he cannot wish for those, he can wish for everything else

It may not be strictly necessary at this very moment, but one may want to purchase Mind of Steel for Lorgar sooner rather than later, considering the trial that he just faced, with more like it awaiting him in the very near future, what with Chaos looming and all.

Hm, so Lorgar will be adding Enuncia to his eclectic repertoire of powers. It is another one that will be beyond his brothers, unless they gain the Omniglot power, and unlike Lorgar, they cannot actively purchase their Mythos powers. Well, not unless their Essence is awakened, but one is not inclined to do so for the other Primarchs, certainly not all of them, only a careful selection of them.

Lorgar can purchase Mythos powers due to the Enlightenment, Illumination and rebel aspects.

The second let's him identify his mythos, the first allows him to understand it and the last allows him to.....buck the rules as much as he can. Not break but bend.

Awakened Essence certainly helped and reduced the cost of powers but this is Lorgar and not anything Fan granted him, though his care and love definitely helped.

Corax would also have Rebel I think so... maybe for him we could work something out.

Unspoken Plan Guarantee and Crazy Enough to Work will be precious in the upcoming war. I'd be tempted to pick The World is Mine and try to take over the Covenant, but odds are task number one would be 'Swear Fealty to Chaos'.

Omniglot for guaranteed learning of Enuncia, nuff said.

Mind of Steel is... Honestly too good to be true? No-sells any attempt to CAUSE OR FORCE Lorgar to go against his intimacies, no roll required. Including mind magic. That means he can tell Tzeentch and Big E to take a hike, and that the Covenant's plans to bend him are doomed?

Self-awareness...

It is a trait that is rather lacking in the Primarchs. There is an all too likely chance that even the ones who are self-aware do not care regardless and are content to be hypocrites.

Mind control does not work anyway against someone with True Faith 10, that just leaves the 'large numbers of dice' problem which is pretty niche. I think he should still take Mind of Steel, but not now.

Hm, at the rate that this Lorgar is developing, by the time that he meets the other Primarchs, they will not be able to deride him as the weakest of them.

Physically, Lorgar will forever be the weakest of the Primarchs, but when his other powers are taken into account, it would be unsurprising if Lorgar is envied by many of his brothers.

Just having a Solaroid parent working with him is enough to seriously help.

He may not even be the weakest physically if he masters martial arts enough.

Lorgar is going to be the weird and esoteric one I think. The only thing he can do strictly better than any of them is talk, but he just keeps pulling strange powers out of his hat to apply to problems while dropping fascinating and/or horrifying insights.

I think Lorgar theme here would be the social scientist primarch a direct evolution on just talking, this is a Lorgar with an encyclopedic understanding of human psychology which he uses as both a weapon and tool , this is a Lorgar that understands not only systems of government and administration but the cultures and politics that created and shaped them and knows how to subvert and reshape it to his will with words alone , this is a Lorgar who's understanding language is such that when he speaks reality itself listens

other primarch are variations of bigger army , hit it harder ,hit them fast, dig in, dig them out, sneaky beckey , build bigger more advanced bigger quality gun/sword or throw fireball but Lorgar doesn't really need to use violence to win most of his battles
