I could never find, Russ on the disney Wiki thought he was an OC.
Also no Shego isn't a love interest, nor do I think they'll ever actually date. Doof reminds her of her former boss too much.

Just to clarify.
It is one of the few things I don't think Doof would do, as trying to sire a child with someone he knows will leave him, for the sake of that child.
A) Doesn't work, different circumstances means different kid.
B) I genuinely don't think anyone would willingly do. Try to find someone you will actually love, and who will love you back. Instead of the distress such a relationship would cause even if the partner went along with it.

A nice auspicious start to a Quest, with two successes. A +3 to Funds is big, if its a +3 to Funds per turn. If it's just an initial lump sum we can do whatever with but nothing further, then that's still a nice first turn gift.

Kinda, but that'd be way more skeevy in this timeline since we're likely to meet her when she's ~12 and we're ~20 rather than when we were ~56 and she was ~41.
Russ is based on a PC in a DVV: Gridlocked campaign.
Eh, it's established that Charlene and Heinz did care for each other and their divorce was more a combination of diverging career paths and Doofs weird habit of talking to a tomato puppet. And Back to the 2nd Dimension shows that their marriage was a fairly small divergence away from going better.
I still don't want to do a weird, predestination romance about it but the current Doof has decent odds of success and happiness if we did.
I bet Doof knows that Turpentine and Acetone are basically harmless on skin contact and uses Doom's heavy duty gloves as a chink in the armor.

Russ is not a Canon Disney character as stated by the other person and thus ineligible for this quest. Same reason I consider Khan a novel idea but an unreachable one.
Ehhhh, yes but no? Like very very briefly but it was bigger meme wise and definitely noncanon Omake than it was actuality wise.
As for Betty. Honestly I see it and think it could be rather nice.
Also these, but to reiterate it was sort of bigger as a meme idea and a goofy push than a actual viable thing and something actually canon.
That...feels majorly messed up and creepy imo. Might just be my own views but given the failures of Doof and her last relationship, the very very different nature of his life in this timeline as compared to his normal one, the creepy future knowledge of their relationship sort of being what drew him to her rather than them meeting normally, and the absolute impossibility of getting a child exactly like the one he'd normally would have with her it's all in all a doomed and frankly kinda gross line of action.
The woman's a normal person at the end of the day, let her live her life and don't try to use creepy future knowledge to change the failures of an alternate timeline. Our Doof should have his own life with its own relationships and its own successes or failures.

Sure she's vaguely implied to be rich but uh, we're literally never given even a single hint as to how. She could've just been born into a rich family rather than have earned it. The most I remember finding out about her work was that she worked with charities and that might be regular charity work rather than her job.

It's just an initial lump. How well you do right now determines how much money the government gives you to start with. You were always going to start out with some money, but if you do well on these missions, they'll give you more.

Is it the Atlantis paradox? The Atlantis: The Lost Empire film happens alarmingly close to 1987, it is set in 1914, with the crystals, the hiden nature of the idea to use Atlantis for Rourke's personal gain.. it honestly could just blip into existence in this quest with all the many versions of the other Atlantis's in Disney media, with the other versions from other media involed as well.

Basically, the Random Event is a random event. Anything that could happen in this universe is possible.
The Blips are the holes that all the time fuckery has left. An MCU character could drop in, the Wasteland could appear, a hero or villain from DVV Classic could show up, etc.

On the one hand that'd be neat cause theyre cool, and hey easy immortality. On the other I fear once more inviting the lovecraftian elements that lurk in that settings background.
