Disney Villains Victorious: Gridlocked - Rise of Heroes

[X] Plan Taking Over The City of Angel's
I say just swap to this one over the NYC one.

Especially if you are afraid of magic, NYC is chock full of the stuff, and creatures, and danger.

At least in Orlando there is no competition magic wise, so we could get the ball rolling and build momentum in secret, at least that was the foundation for why I made my plan. But I much prefer the City of Angel's plan at this point compared to NYC, and it makes more sense based on our actions so far already.

Plus, Amphibia stuff.

I mean, Doof bought up Cloverleaf. It makes sense for him too, ya know. Be stationed there.

Guess we will be getting all buddy buddy with the toons not that I'm opposed to such but it also means any toon hero we get will be supercharged.

So just wondering after looking at tally, but why not make an attempt at getting Elastigirl?
No idea, but too late now! Voting is closed and you guys have a bed to lay in! Now, lemme just do a few quick rolls and... oh. Oh. Oh geez. Okay, this'll be... interesting.

Can't say I'm not a bit disappointed, one-upping Disney himself and making EPCOT sounded way too appealing and went well with buying out ENCOM, but atleast we're leaving Danville to Roger and letting him have his own spotlight...assuming he still becomes Mayor in the future.

These are the results.

  • [X] Plan Taking Over The City of Angel's
-[X] Los Angeles: Home to Toontown, several entertainment studios, and the former throne of Judge Doom. (+10 to all Toon Hero Units. +5 towards finding Judge Doom; goes away Winter 1987)
-[X] Classic Doofenshmirtz: the classic look your future counterpart was known for! It includes classy black shoes and shirt, dark green pants, and a lab coat that always got him mistaken for a pharmacist. It's a bit copycat, but if it worked for him, maybe it's worth a shot?
-[X] Recruit a Board of Advisors
-[x] Launch a New Entertainment Line (Stewardship)
-[X] Purchase Another Company (Stewardship Contest)
--[X] ENCOM (A tech company fallen on rough times. Also mentioned frequently in the BoD.)
[X]Plan I make This Look Good
-[X] New York City: City of mystery and history, no city is more American than NYC. (+5 to Occult and Stewardship actions. ??? ???)
-[X] Agent Heinz: the MiB-style suit and shades given to you by your employers. You're required to wear it on missions and in the office by law, but you gotta admit, this is a good look for you. Maybe make it permanent? Get a classy appearance and serious demeanor, but suffer the fact that people are instantly wary of you.
-[X] Recruit a Board of Advisors
-[X] Start a Recruiting Drive (Diplomacy)
-[X] Purchase Another Company (Stewardship Contest)
--[X] Glomgold Industries (Glomgold would rather kiss Scrooge than give up his company, but you get the feeling his board is a little more open given the fact that they're… completely, flat-out broke.)
[X] Plan: The Most Magical Place on Earth
-[X] Orlando: A former military city that's starting to hit its stride in tourism and entertainment now that the Armed Forces are moving out. (+5 to Martial actions, goes away Summer 1989. +5 to actions concerning the entertainment industry, can be increased. ???)
-[X] 21 century Mage Doof: Magic is real! And 2020 Doof was a competent sorcerer! Eeeeeeeee! You've always wanted to be a wizard! Get dressed in the modern look for mages of all sorts, with a black trench coat, purple shirt, black pants, and pointy, black, "old man" shoes. Practical for everyday use and useful for some extreme situations, but it may attract magical attention before you can learn much about magic.
-[X] Recruit a Board of Advisors
-[X] Dive into the Occult (BoD Roll & Occult)
-[X] Purchase Another Company (Stewardship Contest)
--[X] ENCOM (A tech company fallen on rough times. Also mentioned frequently in the BoD.)
    [X]Plan:Some things are gold
-[X] Danville: The place Future Doof had called home and set up his own company. (+5 to all actions done in Danville. ???)

    [X] Poke Cipher Eye
    -[X] Gravity Falls
    -[X] Agent Heinz
-[X] Recruit a Board of Advisors
    -[X] Start a Recruiting Drive
    -[X] Purchase another company
    -[X] Glomgold Industries
    [X]Plan:Home Security and Entertainment
-[X] Danville: The place Future Doof had called home and set up his own company. (+5 to all actions done in Danville. ???)
-[x] Heroic Doofenshmirtz: go all out with your newly picked side and get decked out in your own hero costume! The government managed to put in a good word with Edna Mode, who gave you quite the green and purple getup! No cape, though. Apparently she's sworn those off after one too many mishaps. Certainly eye-catching as it clearly defines your loyalties, but impractical for everyday use.
-[x] Reach Out to a Cape (Diplomacy)
    --[x] Elastigirl: DC 50/95
-[x] Launch a Product (BoD Roll & Stewardship)
-[x] Launch a New Entertainment Line (Stewardship)
    [X] Binding Exponential Threats
-[X] Gravity Falls: Small, bum town in the middle of nowhere. Absolutely nothing strange here. (-5 to Diplomacy and Stewardship actions until proper measures are taken. +10 to Occult actions. ??? ???)
-[X] 21 century Mage Doof: Magic is real! And 2020 Doof was a competent sorcerer! Eeeeeeeee! You've always wanted to be a wizard! [X] Plan: Adventure Doof
-[X] Danville: The place Future Doof had called home and set up his own company. (+5 to all actions done in Danville. ???)
-[X] Adventurer Doof: a classic getup for going into places no one has dared to go in a while. It has a brown, leather aviator jacket, a white shirt, denim jeans, and brown combat boots for any situation. It's terribly comfy, but it may be a bit extreme for everyday wear.
-[X] Recruit a Board of Advisors
-[x] Reach Out to a Cape (Diplomacy)
    --[x] Elastigirl: DC 50/95

My only complaint about this plan is that we don't have a new style nothing wrong with the classic doof but this is a new universe so I wanted us to look somewhat different.

We do have a new style. It's called "Retro Doof." Completely original, definitely not just phoning it in

So now that the "prologue" section of the quest is done, it might be a good idea to get a couple thread marked posts of character sheets for Doof/any heroes we hire/the company itself. It'd be good to have all that info in one place for future reference after all!
It's not my fault you literally can't go wrong with casual wear and a labcoat. It's timeless!
Seconded! We're gonna make it look good! Become a trendsetter! Probably get arrested by Edna Mode for crimes against fashion!
