You all do realize that the flesh is on the ground, which is currently covered with water, right.

Meaning that the moment we tunnel towards it, our tunnel is going to flood.

The plan seems to be to hope that we'll pick up an aquatic adaptation. Which seems... at least somewhat plausible, and evolution doesn't seem to take much time either.

This is a lie. That might be your plan and Deathbybunnies's. I think most people are seeing the SHINY MEAT and thinking that they want to eat it.
There has been zero discussion of a plan unless I haven't been invited to a telepathic conversation.
