Well if the scenario builder was going off of Wikipedia's page on the Hellenic Air Force then you're looking at ~150 F-16's of varying classes.

Greece has territorial disputes and um ethnic tensions with Turkey. So basically the leopard 2s and f 16s are for removing kebab.
Greece is actually quite buddy buddy with Russia.

Yeah. People stopped using some Greece-made products (I think it was cheese) around here because they were pissed off that their money was being sent to them with no real progress.

Russia is far away enough that it can not realistically invade Greece anytime soon.
That and the fact that Turkey heavily outnumbers the Greeks and managed to beat them soundly the last time they fought a real war, furthermore at that point Turkey was very weak in comparison to its strength today.

Also, is it possible for you to shuttle fresh missiles down to the southern airbases via the fighters stuck way the hell out of range of the fighting in the northern ones?

Nah, I've decided to switch tactics in light of the fact that I'm getting nowhere fast by simply trying to secure dominance over the skies before striking land targets. It's their ability to detect and intercept my aircraft that's causing me problems so I need to kill their radars.
