There is no more reason to do this. The quest was replaced.
I agree on the idea of a diplomatic expedition to the Urthdysh, but for a different reason. The Federation is unmatched when it comes to magic and if anything can defeat Ulgoran, it's magic. The Urthdysh's aid will be invaluable.Keep working towards another half occupied province and use the diplo hero to formalize relations with the Federation.
Another action and another two province actions is a perfectly good reason.
Fine, but let's wait until the actual daemon that's impervious to bronze and whom ALL the factions want stopped is defeated. This is an all hands on deck thing - we have to pull out all the stops for this.Another action and another two province actions is a perfectly good reason.
Where are you getting two province actions from?Another action and another two province actions is a perfectly good reason.
We unchained him. He's asking who sealed him away in the first place.
I think you misread my comment. Or else could you say what chapter we did that in because I doubt I'd have so completely forgotten that.
I stand corrected on thee number of actions.Where are you getting two province actions from?
It would be another action and 1 other province action.
Plus, you would need two actions to fill it up to that point, so your vote doesn't even net us said actions.
I did sorry.I think you misread my comment. Or else could you say what chapter we did that in because I doubt I'd have so completely forgotten that.

It isn't impervious to bronze.
Guys, please, let's wait until the daemon is dead first. This is a maximum priority thing.
But that's a completely new type of metal, possibly Iron (cold iron is often a thing that's effective against the super-natural in fantasy, or this is possibly just a inherently magical metal. Either way, significant potential to be totally super duper important. So I'm definitely voting to have us do study metal. I want metal that can bind demons, especially if there are more of these things, and there are bound to be more.[X] [MAIN] Study Magic.

Bronze still works on it apparently, so studying the metal isn't needed. Still, studying magic and getting the premier magic guys on board are things that we should do. And training more warriors on top of the thousands we already have still won't help beat Ulgoran.
I agree that it is, but we also have 5 actions. We can probably afford to have a secondary set to getting a settlement done.Guys, please, let's wait until the daemon is dead first. This is a maximum priority thing.
I agree that we should study it, but not right now. Next turn, after the demon has been dealt with. But that's a completely new type of metal, possibly Iron (cold iron is often a thing that's effective against the super-natural in fantasy, or this is possibly just a inherently magical metal. This is not a situation we should gamble a probably on. This needs to be taken absolutely seriously and with complete commitment.I agree that it is, but we also have 5 actions. We can probably afford to have a secondary set to getting a settlement done.
What makes you so sure that we'll be able to? I'm extremely worried that if we don't study metal NOW, we won't have the option because we won't have the narrative reason to study it. If we study metal this turn, its almost certainly going to be that fancy new metal we found that held the demon back, if we study metal after we've killed the demon, then we just don't have nearly the reasons for studying it.I agree that we should study it, but not right now. We kinda will have reason to study it. I mean, our people aren't idiots. They'll be interested in the metal that held back a demon, if at least to make sure they have a way of fighting any demons that show up in the future. What makes you so sure that we'll be able to? Please cut down your vote. A couple of votes ago we had a guy who voted for a bunch of things and it made reading things a pain, since you had to scroll a lot to get through the spammed votes. Just common courtesy.[X] [MAIN] Build Roads = Greenbay
