Wonder Cave Part 5

    • You carefully walk towards the stone. It's a stone. What's the worse that could happen. Philosoraptor ducks down again when you touch the stone. It's warm to the touch but otherwise it's normal. You're about to take your hand off of it when the stone starts emitting a brilliant blue light. You shut your you stumble backwards from the light as the light gets brighter and brighter. Neptune starts leaning closer to it.

    "Wha- What's going on?" The scientist yells. You don't get a chance to say anything before the light shines more brightly than before, blinding you.

    You start blinking and your sight starts to return. You look up and you see an 'X' shaped Unknown appears. It's eye starts glowing a dark red before shooting a red beam at Neptune. The beam hits him right in the head, knocking him off balance but he recovers.

    "I knew it..." The scientist says, barely containing his glee even as the Unknown attacks your pokemon. "I knew there were Unnown here!"

    "Step back, I'll take care of it!" Deven says, taking out a pokeball.

    "Try to catch it" the scientist implores Deven. You think that you could take it on. Capture it if you wanted to. Still, you could see what kind of pokemon Deven has, something useful since you're going to fight him later.

    WILD UNNOWN WANTS TO FIGHT!

    [] Try to catch.
    [] Try to defeat.
    [] Let Deven handle it.

    [] Use Neptune
    [] Use Cascoon
    [] Use Philosoraptor
    [] Use Joan

    Pretty sure there's an HM that only unknown can learn in this series. It's been a bit since I skimmed the wiki though, so I could be remembering wrong.

    • "Cascoon, Philosor-" You call out your pokemon but before you can even finish calling Philosoraptor's name, the Unown fires another blast, this time aimed at Cascoon. The blast connects, sending Cascoon into a wall. Philosoraptor, spurred on by the Unown's attack, charges at them as fast as she can, striking them with her wing.

    The impact sends the Unown skidding on the ground before hitting the back wall. Cascoon, not willing to let the hit he took slow him down, charges the Unown, tackling them as they start to recover.

    Unfortunately, the tackle doesn't seem to do much, as the Unown fires another Hidden Power beam at Cascoon, which hits him right between the eyes and sends him bouncing on the ground. He tries to move but the pain is too much for him. Closing his eyes, he passes out.

    Philosoraptor looks back at Cascoon before dashing towards the Unown as fast as she can. The Unown fires another blast at Philosoraptor, this one striking with a super effective blast. She struggles to stay aloft but the flapping of her wings is erratic, barely keeping her aloft before she succumbs to her injuries and passes out.

    Both of your pokemon are knocked out...

    Joan clutches her club, ready to attack whether you give the order or not. Still, the fact that the Unown just knocked out two of your pokemon makes fighting it seem like less and less of a good idea. You can't tell how injured the Unown is since it lacks blood and a body that shows any sort of injury. Still, you could take a chance and use a Pokeball now.

    Continue Battling?

    [] Yes.
    - [] Send out Neptune.
    - [] Send out Joan.

    [] Throw a Pokeball.
    - [] Throw Pokeball
    - [] Throw Duskball

    [] Give up. Let Deven handle it.

    [] Write in.

    • We have the medic thing, can we use stuff other than revives to wake up pokemon? If so
    [X]Use a Potion to revive Cascoon
    -[X]Have Cascoon Use Harden as much as possible while you and Joan distract the Unown
    --[X]When Harden is maxed, have Joan use Cascoon as a club.

    You can't use potions to revive a pokemon that's knocked out. However, a Revive was a part of your starting supplies.
