We found out when we first initiated the action that many members of our family are influential in their own right or married to those whom are influential, not to mention our father himself, so there should be some good mechanical benefits or new actions being unlocked. Admitidly, I'm doing it mostly for fluff though as it would be an interesting scene to read about especially with The Laurent's mention of females within this society. Three dice are being put upon it to give it great odds of success.
-[X] Honor Thy Mother
It should have an interesting effect, especially with the above option. Kiralo also loved his mother so it makes sense to take this option.
-[X] The Silver-Lined Display
This is the army option so it should be taken, and it would be helpful with Kiralo's new position as envoy.
-[X] The Presentation of Offices
It will be the crescent of the New Year for us, so it would help to make it as special as possible.
-[X] Alms to The Thousands
Kiralo has several traits which boost this option from his time in the Southlands, and he is also religious and has taken similar actions with regards to Irit since arriving to Csirit.

Honestly, fluff. This sounds like it would be the most interesting event to read about and Kiralo is both pious and brave which suits the kind of people this event would attract. He's also both attractive and gay, so an event with minimal clothing and for only men is far from the worst thing in the world for him.
The interesting thing about this event though is that it's both a learning and magic event and is described as a ritual, so those hallucinations may not solely be from the venom. There's two dice assigned to it to increase the success chance.

The benefits are very nebulous, and when The Laurent said that we might die before next year, I took it as a warning, not a directive. Yes, deaths are rare, but if someone wants to kill Kiralo this gives them a prime chance to kill him in a way that looks like a natural death.
I don't think it fits Kiralo' personality, either. I never saw him as a crazy thrill-seeker. And while he is pious, his trait actually says:

IC arguments are always compelling arguments IMO, though I didn't choose because our action economy is limited and I chose to focus on our present and future relationships. Arimi and Vedal and our sisters, they'd benefit from our interactions just as much as us, and we'd develop their characters further.
Though, for discussion's sake, which choice would you prefer to switch to Honor Thy Mother?

I am not that fond of The Green Display. I can see the use of talking to the mages with the Academy Days option in standard turns, but watching magical fireworks doesn't seem all that helpful.
But yeah, there is always too little influence to do everything we want, which is as it should be.

Well, there's one way of knowing if it'll be useful.
@The Laurent, would The Green Display add a bonus to Academy Days, or grant some piece/s of information we could use?
Will Kiralo just watch and note down the most powerful mages, or will he be talking around to know who they are and who are those he must look out for?

Depending on how you roll, yes. I mean, some of that is the point of watching the display.
Like, it's also a way for students to show off their prowess to get hired. You won't necessarily get the very best or most senior Mages doing this, by the way. You get a few, but often what you're seeing is promising young talent.
...and like any promising young talent, where there is talent, there are scouts.

Plan Bound in Court and Family has added character interactions. Those aren't all useless though. Our sisters are wives to husbands with influence, and just by being the daughters of Kuojah hold a level of insight into our father and could be natural allies. And our friends need more screentime. They've been loyal for a year and have been around in the court; they know things.
So these interactions would have concrete benefits. Did I mention character development?
And there's the gift to the Emperor as well.
