Rewatching the scene, after the nail is implanted, there's an exchange where Alucard shoots at Anderson standing ramrod still in a sort of pose. The only thing moving are little flashes of blue light, as all of his bullets do jack shit. Either he's moving too fast, or he figured out some sort of shield that can stop Alucard's bullets.

But that's after the nail, so I dunno.

On phone so can't link video, but it's just after he teleports in, when Alucard's still in his Mustache Dracula form. He charges at Alucard at one point yelling 'AAAAAAAAAAAAAAEEEEEMEN' (it was really enunciated) and there was this blue shield of bible script and stuff that popped up around him.

I watched the wrong part. There's another bit where he creates a mobile shield around himself. It lasts all of two seconds because Alucard, but it exists and in the fight let him at least get in close enough to trade blows.

*Pats Xantalos on the back* I'd forgot about that too. Alas: it would have been a lovely combination of defensive buffs--Bible Armor, Regeneration, and a speed boost.

I'd be lying if I said that scene didn't inspire me a bit.

But anyways, Xantalos, if you want to write an offensive action where Anderson uses his Bible Ward Armor as a weapon, go for it! I'll add it to my list of actions.

Unfortunately I can't add it to my vote since I'm on a phone, but maybe something like:
-[X] Use your Blue Bullshit Bible Bubble to shield you so you can get in close enough to hit him
