Alucard is a Roman Catholic. Lapsed yes, though the church still counts lapsed members as part of the faithful, and definitely not a very good one these days, but still a Catholic. Look up Vlad Dracul sometime. Dude was super supportive of the church.

I believe, killing him is missing the point of stopping him from sucker-punching us while we are doing the monologue.
You don't monologue without audience.
