Remember that Flight is meant to be used against multiple enemies, it doesn't let you re-cast abilities against the same enemy...

I've got a Write-in Gisena Build percolating in my head.

Exalted Spirit Blurb:
[ ] Exalted Spirit - 2 Arete. Conjunctional [Hunger, Evening Sky]. Mind made vigorous as the body. Gain +Int, +Wits, +Wis, +Cha, -Heartlessness, while in a form with physical blood. Allies under blood enhancement gain +Int, +Cha. Blood enhancement requires physical blood.

It's a prerequisite for Lunar Coronet should it appear again.

[ ] Lunar Coronet - 7 Arete - Appellation of the False Moon's Conquerer; a crown of the soul, a tapestry of stars, and a writ of shining moonlight. Conjunctional [The Ring of Power; the Evening Sky]
*++CHA, +Int, +Wits, +Wis, -Heartlessness; Vassals gain +Mental, +Social Attributes.
*Enormously increases the Magnitude of your Elemental surges; for Hunger, this is represented as a two-stage increase in augment strength (30% -> 50%). Letrizia's Sharpbright would grant her a full additional Rank. You may designate up to two principal allies also to benefit from this effect; designations may be changed if a principal ally falls.
*Blood Augmentation: If Vigor Itself is acquired, apply the wielder's Charisma as Protection to these principal allies.
*Merges blood and Edeldross augmentation; dozens or even hundreds of allies may be Vassalized with a single drop of Edeldross-infused blood, the bonus lasting years. Duration depends on how closely they adhere to the preferences of the Elementalist; a vassal who is false will lose the bonus almost instantly. Total number of vassals = Rank^2 * 10.
*Requires Exalted Spirit. Arete debt incurred from this purchase is treated at half scope (you can take 2 debt, allowing it to be purchased this Experience poin
Lunar Coronet is the Important Part. It takes our Buffs further beyond(My mind is foggy on how much with Silver of Evening) and has the potential to create Rank 10 Letrezia/take Aobaru's Buffs to an even more ridiculous level.

Aobaru has more powerful personal stat buffs than the 70% + .1 ISH He gives everyone else per A Burning Spirit

[ ] A Burning Spirit - The elemental surges command power beyond limit, but lack fluency of command. Not so for this Elementalist, whose gift and diligence are sufficient to attain microscopic control of both Vigor and Flame, seeing clear through to the truth beyond concept or Element, the Ideal itself made manifest at his will.

Grants surpassing control of Vigorflame, able to perform an extraordinary variety of feats beyond other Elementalists, elevating his personal buffs to levels capable of rivaling Hunger's own Attributes.

Vigorflame now grants +.1 ISH to Strength, Constitution and Dexterity, with further improvements according to future development.

++++++++++Aobaru Willpower, ++Aobaru Wisdom, ++Aobaru Intelligence, ++Aobaru Wits

So here's what I'm proposing.

[x]Sealing Protocol Level I+Tide of Glory
[x]Build Cleanup.

[ ] Tide of Glory - Not a champion's power, but a general's. Not a murderer's power, but a sovereign's. The character may designate any number of characters within a 1-mile radius as allies. Allies receive a +2 bonus to all physical stats. The character may designate enemies under the same parameters. Enemies receive a -2 penalty to all physical stats. In addition, the character may choose one Perk to be extended to allies for whom the relevant post-bonus physical stat exceeds 30 points; Perks will modify themselves to suit mortal wielders (Ever After increases healthspan / lifespan by 25 years, etc). In time, both the symmetrical bonus/penalty and the range can be improved dramatically. Passive aura, works even if unconscious.

The power to raise nations up, or to beggar them. To lead armies into glory everlasting, or crush them beneath one's boot-heels.

Ultimate - Overlord's Remit: Only a fool would challenge an overlord such as the character, and no overlord worthy of the title suffers fools lightly. Once per month, the character may propogate the effects of a single unarmed physical attack through all enemies in range.

*Grants the ability to sense the location of all valid targets within the character's general vicinity
*It is easy to improve the bonus/penalty to +4. +8 is achievable within a moderate timeframe. Beyond that, sustained effort is required.
*The bonus applies to the character if they so desire, though no Perk is granted.
*Range is more difficult to improve than the bonus/penalty, but with concerted effort it is eminently possible.

Tide of Glory provides a broad spectrum boost to Gisena's Physical Capabilities. And Aeira's. And Aobaru's. And Letrezia's. And Adorie's. And Verschlengorge's. It gives her an arbritary perk she can share with allies. Companions of the King kicks the physical stat boost up to 3. Aobaru's Vigorflame kicks it up to 6.6 for every party member.

Calcs I'm Using for reference(A Simple Transaction I Original)
Gisena's a weird mystery box stat wise given her passive gains from True Perfecting Blade, I have no idea how much this would benefit Gisena.
Letrezia's Physical Capabilities presumably double after buffs.
Aeira Probably breaks 20 points for Strength and Agility after buffs.
Aobaru's Strength and Agility at least double, probably more given how his personal stat buffs are stronger than what he can give other people.
Adorie's Strength and Dexterity Breach 30 after buffs.

Then Sealing Protocol Level I takes Tide of Glory to a level beyond just 2 points to all stats or however it converts to this system immediately. Don't even get me started on our physical stat buffs.

It upgrades Gisena's True Perfecting Blade, getting her even more physical stats, and some Wits/Appearance too. Those stats are also buffed by Companions of the King and Aobaru's Vigorflame. Tide of Glory still gets the buff from Companions of the King and Aobaru's Vigorflame. Tide of Glory still has bigger returns on Aobaru. Build Cleanup lays the groundwork for a future taking of Lunar Coronet, which has the potential to unlock Rank 10 Letrezia or take Aobaru's Vigorflame EVEN FURTHER BEYOND.

We get a perk too. Everybody gets a perk.

[X] Clarion Grace + Mental Apex
[X] Iron Curtain + Honing

Iridescence doesn't do a whole lot for us with 30k ruin on our side. Better to make like the Forebear and exhaust our enemies to death by having roughly five hundred layers of defense*. Considering how dicey things have been thus far with the Apocryphal, we really should just change Hunger's risk posture.

*Hour of Reckoning -> ADS -> Iron Dreadnought -> 3 increasingly powerful Forms -> Double Resurrection

And this isn't even accounting for his actual defensive advancements, which apparently lie behind the Iron Dreadnought combo!

Wat. How.

Would the monster in their consume her and then come after us presumably? Since it wouldn't know of our favor from Haliel until it was too late?

Perhaps you shouldn't believe everything from hearsay...

They're all his Advancements, an Echo as much OaF, just differing in the power offered! But at each juncture along his journey, they were all critical at the time, every Advancement with its role to play.

[X] Make Whole + Sealing Protocol Level I
[X] Build Cleanup

Gisena shall be a res bot as she deserves. Mend our blade then go sit in the corner and research until you're useful again.

There's another angle for the Sealing Protocol Level I+Tide Of Glory I forgot to Mention.

Enemy Stat Debuffs.

Seriously, there's room for Other conceivable applications of Sealing Protocol Level I if you're willing to look around a bit.

Hmm, I was just looking at some 2 Arete advancements in the Advancement Memory for more things to buy in the Clean-up vote since we are very close to 8 Arete, and the only half-way decent thing in there is Iron Maelstrom, which is alright and mostly because it seemingly unlocks the Forebear's team-based advancements. Unless we want to pick Swift as Death for some reason; remember we have a Second Form?

There's also Scent of Prey, which could be good with our massive Rank? Or just be redundant, I don't know. It exists though.

[X] Save

Yeah, I can't support taking 7 Arete options atm. Let's save for SJUC or Ruling Ring.

[X] Clarion Grace + Mental Apex

I do want a lot of artifacts though, so why not.

The wildest thing about this update was somehow not the Twofold Refinement of Battle coming at us outta nowhere but actually the fact that we actually got a hint as to the Realm's downfall and ultimate fate. For those tentacleboys to know who Haeliel is means that they're incredibly powerful, more than I'd expect out of even the Realm of Evening. This is something we really should try follow up with our Patron on, to see if she has any clues as to what powers are involved here.

Rihaku gave me the okay to spoil it a bit. The thing in the cave was basically Shadow Ungoliant and would have merged to Aeira to escape the realm of evening into the Voyaging Realm. It needs a host to affect normal reality but its pretty much above Hunger's power level (or the level of this Universe tbh). We had to find a way to stop Aeira (we cannot fight her directly, too strong) from consuming the VR.

Also it is very likely Exalted Spirit will unlock the mental buff part of bloodcasting in addition to even more stuff. We have already seen Lunar Coronet in fact, which would be 40% All stats to Hunger thanks to Silver, a significant buff to the three Elementalists in the party, and it basically allows us to spread our Edeldross boost like Aobaru does his Vigorflame; mostly relevant for Gisena but also Adorie as well. It would be a pretty good get even now, honestly.

Hopefully the thread liked the surprise. YA Aeira was just a smoke screen.
Darn, Sharkey I can understand not telling us, but why did you put up the smoke screen in the first place? One of the major reasons I at least voted for Companions was that you said she was getting buffed into relevance, that plus the graces would have made most of our party combat viable, hence buffing them was a useful synergy.

There is MUCH Salt over this deception, I bet a good chunk of the thread voted the way they did to support your Wish.

I like Aeira, I wanted to see some interactions. Also I had to provide a way to deploy the ??? wish to the thread, one of the companions had to be chosen.

I am a bit confused about the SALT. We got enhanced RoB from the whole deal. I think it is a fair trade

EDIT 2: EBA was the best choice but without info about the wish people would have never voted for it. Aab slipped a bit and had to correct himself

You don't have to be powerful to know who Haeliel is!

Sharkey already said that Companions wouldn't synergize with "YA Aeira" at the time already. I didn't vote for what I did based on his wish either.

Wow, what the hell. And people said we didn't need to explore the Realm of Evening...

BRB Trying Sealing Protocol Level I with a few of graces besides Reversion/Make Whole and trying to figure out what they do

All Combinations have better Nullification and Improved Str/Con/Agi/Wits/Appearance from True Perfecting Blade upgrades.

Sealing Protocol Level I+Archsmith's Hammer = Deadlier and more Protective Artifacts.
Sealing Protocol Level I+Hyper Reactor = I don't know. Two Coalescences? Making the Target into a High instead of Conventional Sorceress?
Sealing Protocol Level I+Evoker's Panopoly = Deadlier Evocations. More stat points if Gisena specs a force build for stat buffs? Looser Galvanism Limits? More biggatons on the Evocations
Sealing Protocol Level I+Tide of Glory = I explained this one already. It's awesome for both her and the party. The enemies get debuffed too
Sealing Protocol Level I+Inner Sanctum = Gisena's base reaches Realm of Evening Levels of Comfy.
Sealing Protocol Level I+Lord Regnant = More binding oaths, more levels for people trying to abide by those oaths.
Sealing Protocol Level I+Mental Apex = Even more intelligence enhancement. Gisena's training effectiveness exceeds 35 percent of a progression type Cursebearer's.
Sealing Protocol Level I+Auspice Temporal = More Temporal Acceleration. Longer timestop duration.
Sealing Protocol Level I+Clarion Grace = Transcedent Wits Enhancement
Sealing Protocol Level I+Daystar = Hypersonic Daystar that's even bigger than 20 miles in diameter. Or something. Daystar would be modified. The point is Gisena gets a citykilling meteor she can ride around on.
Sealing Protocol Level I+Vanquisher's Grace = Massive amounts of Physical Attributes.

Pfff, as if she would take advantage of this Rank. She would be higher Rank than Hunger once she gets her ??? box.

EDIT: I actually know which is the best option to synergize with her ??? box, but I am not allowed to say.
[X] True Champions
A bit wasted for Aeira and Adorie, but the other companions would actually benefit from it.
I mean, I warned the thread twice that Companions is not the best. Remember - not allowed to say what is the wish. I did my best, people were just hesitant (and rightfully so)
