They'd have to meet. Plus... more RPing with myself. Bleh. I mean... well, if she got legitimized. Plus then as a Dayne I'd have an excuse to pass off playing her to you.

I'm pretty sure no one would legitimise Tozosa's older kids, and the fact she's an ex-whore means even her legitimate kids won't have the best marriage prospects in all honesty. Zhara has a good future on lock as Lysaro's concubine :V

That's probably fine. I'm just offering. Saralla, I think we've discussed, is likely to end up a spinster.

Okay.

I did have a PM about this we should go over. Just to check, @Ceslas?

Would the crown be willing to legitimize Zhara as a Dayne?

The Daynes wouldn't ask/want Zhara legitimised as a Dayne, to clarify. She's a whore's daughter by who knows what. She'd be treated nicely because of Lysaro and only because of Lysaro, but they take their family lineage pretty seriously.

Ah.

Well that complicates things. No other Daynes? No offence but considering that the options are 12-year olds, a demisexual, and the illegitimate daughter of a whore, Lysaro's family is likely not providing the match for Lancel.

Rolls for last turn (kinda forgot about them)

So... do we need to find backup GMs for this, or even outright timeskip and open a continuation in a new thread?

I don't think a new thread is necessary, and I wouldn't want to move on until @Mina has said something (anything).
If you guys are still gung ho for it I certainly don't want to stand in the way. This chapter however is kinda dead for the moment though, and I'm sticking to staying away for now. I can support a few options depending which way you want to go and how @Ceslas feels about adding new GMs, timeskips, etc.

I'm sorry to hear that but glad if you're not against it.

My personal hope is to see this game go on and not, y'know, some massive timeskip or scenario change. Gunpowder, dragons, wyverns, the taint is all interesting enough without adding in..industrial revolution etc.

Even a 3-5 year timeskip would be enough to reset things quite a bit, I think. The issue is the GM base, because it basically all falls on @Ceslas and whoever else will volunteer.

I think if it were to go forward there would at least be a brief timeskip where the Iron Islands would be invaded and occupied. In the meantime Emperor Dagon would come to his own in the Summer Islands, King Ori would finally take the Throne, the Constitutionalists would promulgate their draft Consitution and call a Convention, and Robb would have a breakthrough in his investigations on the Taint.

The thing is that I'm in the third year of law school and it's proving much busier than I thought. I would not have the time to run a game full-time. We would need new GMs to take over sizable parts of world. And I would need @Mina for magical matters for reasons I'm hesitant to divulge publicly.

I don't mind it, i mean, i'd hope to see some kind of progress in my plans for both my factions, but seeing that the next generation are currently children, i have no problem with a time-skip.

I mean Randyll is off being a squire by that point and my mercs are off in the wild east fighting the natives.

I mean, I can help with Essos, magic and even exploration, and scale down my own characters' involvement in those regions. We'd still need mods active for Westeros, which is always the most pressing need.

I'm willing to!take up some slack, though I would probably have to drop the Kennings for fear of CoI

Considering I ran the first part of this game, I can step up with npc stuff in Westeros. If not, I would like to be a part of the world building in central Essos. I did that for my game, but in this game that part of the map has mostly been ignored.
