Dragon eggs have a 1/8 chance of hatching.
Players get to roll every other turn.
A hatched dragon has a 1/3 chance of being sickly and dying young. A Targaryen dragon has an additional 1/4 chance being born tainted with strange mutations.
In addition, these rules are retroactive so anyone who could have made a roll earlier may do so now.
