That's a debate that could go on awhile. Septa Finree could definitely stake a claim of her own, what with the fighting Dalton Greyjoy's reavers at the Battle of Ravensfeast, boarding Daeron Velaryon's flagship and taking him prisoner, and surviving the Qohor carnival of absolute insanity.
And then there was Septa Ilbrey, pankration champion of the Great Games of Sar Mell.
Lot of competition for that spot, actually.
