There are ways of being involved with wars while ostensibly preserving the letter if not the spirit of neutrality and non-agression. One might almost call them...passive aggression. :V

In a stunning turn of events Volantis has recaptured the Throne through the feat of getting both the Norvosi and the Pentosi to back his candidacy. If the Prince of Essaria had managed to convince the Norvosi or the Pentosi that he would secure their claim to Hugor's Hill it would have gone to him. As it is Volantis is the winner. We now wait to see if the Imperialists will accept the mandate of the majority.
