Just to clarify, this is one choice only seeing as it's what we do right next?
I've been waiting for shit to hit the fan practically since the quest began and you keep on pushing things back without ever letting that conflict come to a boil. You horrible tease you.Do note that the transfer means Taylor and Sophia won't be unmasking in front of each other... but Taylor's definitely going to get mandatory therapy, the names of her bullies will definitely come out, and there's a nontrivial chance that this shit will still hit the fan at some point.
Well with one power removed (Coil), another about to be removed (E88, because fuck Nazis), one minor group going to ground (Undersiders), and another two other groups no longer getting paid to start shit (Travelers and Faultline's crew) BB is going to be a lot more quiet. They aren't going to need more firepower (although the PRT is going to want to maintain a presence so things don't slide back out of neglect or because someone thinks there's opportunity) since the villain population is dwindling rapidly.

Probably, but he's also the cautious, deliberate one. It's Taylor and Lisa most in favor of the crazy plans, and while Aisha's family situation is bad, it's also not catastrophic(aside from in his head anyway, which I suppose is what matters). One thing I would like to point out that no one has mentioned...is that Brian is completely fucked over right now. There is no state of emergency, Aisha shouldn't have triggered, his current plans on getting custody rely completely on a man who just got put behind bars. So while the rest of the Undersiders may or may not be fine (I'd expect the group to implode rather quickly), Brian's situation is probably more urgent than you'd think.
Whether helping him is a waste of the avatar's time or not I'll leave up to you.
Do note that, back in "The God and the Serpent", Tattletale was telling him that with the situation changing as it was, she could help him out "the Tattletale way"*. Granted, she kind of had a vested interest in Coil going down ASAP, and she tends toward overconfidence, but...One thing I would like to point out that no one has mentioned...is that Brian is completely fucked over right now. The Avatar's actually seen Myrddin during the Leviathan fight and noted that he looked like a wizard. Then he realized later on that he wasn't sensing magic anywhere. XDMmmm... I want to say S-class threats, but really? They can wait a bit longer. It's not as if they're going anywhere. Well, they might be moving, but they aren't moving, and that's what's important.
So:
[X] Spend most of the day helping Noelle. It's slow, gruelling work, but you might help her maintain her humanity… physically, at least.
Let's take care of this horrible accident waiting to happen right now. Plus, what is she going to do if she touches us?
--------------------
Noelle: *lunges towards Avatar and tries to grab him*
Avatar: "Nope." *Intangible*
-Or-
Noelle: *lunges towards Avatar and tries to grab him*
Avatar: "Oh No!" *Is somehow caught. Somehow.*
Noelle's Shard: "Now, finally! Time to RULE THE...um? Uhhhhhhhh... hmmmm. Yeah, no, I don't know what this is? Some kinda, fucking, magic?"
Avatar: "Actually? Yeah. It is magic. I'm an incarnated God."
Noelle's Shard: *Throws multidimensional hands in the air*
Noelle: *Chewing on tasty golden snack*
Everyone Else: "Not to interrupt your... thing that's apparently happening, but does this mean we have to apologize to Myrddin?"
Avatar: "I don't know who that is. But given the name, and the fact that your dimension doesn't have magic? He's a wackjob."
So basically, if we touch her we need to work from inside a sheath of something non-organic. But we don't need to touch her.As to what would happen if Noelle touched the Avatar: Clones. Clones without any superpower, but with some very dangerous knowledge. He'd basically have to put them down very quickly.
I dunno. It seems to me like spending time healing her will make it more likely she'll let us mess with her head, which could blow open the entire cycle secret and, at the same time, win the support of an incredibly powerful cape for the inevitable clash against Zion.[X] Look deeper into S-class threats. The sooner those are handled, the better for Earth-Bet.
Noelle's a bit of a delicate situation, because we want to lure her into agreeing to us helping her. The more time we leave her alone, the more we risk her falling off the deep end perfectly. However, the more time and effort we expend on her, the less she is going to value us. It's basic psychology. So: cooling-off period.
Talking to Scion immediately is silly. We have several semi-urgent situations and he is not urgent.
By the way, according to Avatar's definition of "dimension" , powers shoud be extra-DIMENSIONAL , since their source is a microportal to another (empty) Earth where a shard is parked, consuming its mass to power the parahuman abilities.
