[X] Took the time to study the exact nature of superpowers on Earth-Bet.

This is vital information, he needs to know it as soon as possible.

@sun tzu
Can we modify this to:
[X] Took the time to get to know the heroes and villains of Brockton Bay, and then the Protectorate as a whole.

Especially since at the core of the (wonderfully written) speech was redemption, many, or at least some villains will be ready to change sides. Avatar gathering his own team could be a good idea as well, since he cannot be everywhere at once. So getting to know people here, and potential recruits at that, is a good idea, in my opinion.

[X] Gathered information about the worst problems facing Earth Bet, including the S-class villains.

We need information to be able to do the correct things in correct order.

Honestly, I'm torn. Heroism, or effectiveness? We can really clean up after Leviathan and clear out Brockton Bay, or we can get some shit done. Eh, heroism seems much more IC, and investing in it now will have greater pay-offs than some temporary breathing room (OOC, doesn't matter how many S-Class threats you kill, there are still gonna be more Endbringers).

I'm thinking the memorial will wait. If we don't put it there, someone will. Further, the memorial only helps us remember the dead. Let's do something greater for the living, instead.

That was beautiful good sir.

Because we need intel first and foremost if we want to do the best we can for this world and help further raise it out of the mire of Doom it is in.

Since knowing how things work here and the major threats facing it, we can learn what needs to be done and why.

Is that supposed to have two 'r's?

the relentless bullying campaign at school had reached its crescendo
It's "a crescendo" to describe a period during which it escalates. Here you probably want "its apex" or "its peak" or something similar.

a new dream: To use her newfound bug control powers
Inappropriate capitalization.

I actually teared up a little at the beginning part. Great work, Sun Tzu.

Why do you give us so many good options to choose from? Why you do this to us, Sun Tzu? You fiend!

Well, at least we can pick 3 of them.

[x] Took the time to get to know the heroes of Brockton Bay, and then the Protectorate as a whole.
- now is the best time to do this

[ ] Gathered information about the worst problems facing Earth Bet, including the S-class villains.
- we'll definitely want to do this eventually, but this doesn't strike me as a priority.

[X] Performed one more miracle for the city by clearing the boat graveyard, allowing the port to reopen.
- we just killed Leviathan so the sea trade should be picking up again. Doing this could be huge for Brockton Bay, and now is the best time to do it.
On the other hand, maybe someone else could handle that.

- we'll want to do this eventually, but I don't think that's an emergency

[ ] Wasted no time and handled another major threat.
- I kinda want to pick this one.

[X] Helped fund useful charities by producing and selling massive amounts of omni-metal and carbosteel.
- That's a way to make a huge difference to improve the world and once again make us better than Scion.

[ ] Flew a hypersonic patrol around the world, letting everyone know he was there if needed.
- Let's make people aware of us by actually accomplishing big miracles.

[ ] Raised a memorial from beneath the waves at Kyushu and Newfoundland.
- I think we have better uses of our time.

I'm seriously considering replacing the boat graveyard thing by the immediately another crisis one if we can get other people to start working on the boat graveyard; Maybe that Tsunami lady?

I'm glad the speech was well-received - I rolled ridiculously high on that, and wasn't sure I could do the Avatar's charisma credit.

Thinking these three, more info on threats, deal with Levi's island sinkings + clean up the place where we beat it.,
Remember to puts Xs in your brackets.

You can try, sure... but those who don't come to you on their own are unlikely to be very forthright.

Whoops, thanks.

...The beginning, rather than the end? Huh.

Hey, these are all things the Avatar could be inclined to do. ;)

Who was the person giving the speech i know its from world war but nothing else
The one in the linked video?
Charlie Chaplin, in "The Great Dictator".
Ironic how the guy is mostly known for his silence.

Solve the problem at the root.

Even at the world's darkest, you are not truly alone; there are millions who would gladly reach out to you, help you ignite the spark within. I, for one, can think of few greater honors than standing by the side of someone trying to be better, even as the weight of the world seems determined to drag them down and extinguish their spark.
I really like how you integrated the stunt. "You are not alone...I can think of few greater honors than standing by the side of someone trying to be better."

Poignant.

As for the vote...gotta chat up the local Protectorate. Maybe find out about the existence of superpowered Nazis because that just won't do. Try to flip some more villains (like Purity). Learn about how powers work on your new planet. Maybe clean up the ship graveyard both to really drive home that Leviathan's dead and to protect against more corrupt elements (like Coil) getting in on the ground floor.

-[X] Dragon seems to be the closest thing to operational command, ask her if she can give you a suggestion on what the most immediate threat is.

Magnificent update, I got that weird goosebumps all over me now, the kind of that happen because I feel all warm and fuzzy but tried to deny it.

I say a charity+clearing the bay to help pick up the economy, then either getting know the capes or punch another threat in the face
