@RexHeller , This nano swarm? Could we say that the Kihara's made it? Or that it's one of them who uploaded themselves? Because that's really the only way I could see one getting made, and it'd also allow us to be a mad scientist as , logically, we could anyway; being a blob of Nanites doesn't magically bar us from doing SCIENCE! in the way that doing SCIENCE! bars us from doing MAGIC!.

And that does what? Is it literally a full on stealth power with no natural offensive power?
Sooooo... We could be a Kihara, or we could be a Kihara who took their specialty so far that they're also a bunch of nanites? Awesome!
Well, besides that it includes "Concealment" in memories (aka memory erasure) it can be done specifically (ex conceal your face, general appearance, intent, etc.) and applied to things we do or others (ex conceal the gun in someone else's hand, the smell of poison gas, your heart from the rest of your body, etc.). Granted the max-broken-ness only applies to Level 5.

Much better, methinks, though Teleportation is it's own power normally, so a broader term or a neat phrase that covers Teleportation and Intangibility would be best
I'm not feeling this one. I mean this borders on being extremely broken or not worthy of level 5. The heart example is blatant reality warping suicide and for the other one's to be of use, you have to hide them from reality aka erase from existence. That or get shot cause you simply made a gun invisible. Give more details.
Probably what that should be is Perception/Presence Manipulation.

Here is the issue with that. Go to fast, and you know those books we were trying to read or house we were trying to build? Now it is on fire.
