"Misaka Misaka wants to come too! Misaka Misaka shouts behind Souske's back, hoping to surprise her new friend with an early morning prank!"
You calmly spin around and give Last Order a friendly smile. "Good morning to you too! Did you have a good night's sleep?" you ask. Last Order pouts and starts to mumble under her breath when she sees her "prank" had no effect. You smirk and finish eating your toast.
There's a loud bang down the hall and Accelerator marches into the kitchen. He grabs Last Order and begins to berate her. "What's the big idea with all the yelling? Do you have any idea how early it is? Some of us are trying to sleep!"
"Calm down Accelerator." Yoshikawa says. "She's just excited to spend the day with her new friend, something that you could learn from. Oh, and for your sake I hope you didn't damage anything when you slammed your door."
Accelerator blinks. Then he looks at you. "Oh. Right. You're here." He lets go of Last Order and she goes to help Yoshikawa with the dishes.
Really feeling the love here, Cel. You think to yourself. Rather then snark at him though, you give him a winning smile. "We're gonna go buy me some clothes. Wanna come along?"
Accelerator snorts. "Why the hell would I want to spend more time with you than I have to?"
Your smile turns sinister and you lean forward, dropping you voice to a whisper so that only Accelerator will hear what you say next. "So you can protect them of course."
He flinches for a second but recovers quickly and glares at you. "What makes you think I care about what happens to them?" Your only answer is a knowing smile.
"Come on Souske! Let's go! Misaka Misaka yells as she runs to the door" Last Order yells as she runs to the door.
"You sure you don't want to come along Accelerator?" Yoshikawa asks your rival as you get up from your seat to follow Last Order.
Accelerator makes a dismissive gesture. "Yeah, I'm sure. I'll just hang around here today. By the way, where's Yomikawa?"
"She had to get to work early." Yoshikawa answers. It looks like she was going to explain more but then Last Order rushes back into the kitchen, grabs both you and Yoshikawa and drags you out the door. You barely have time to put on your shoes.

The three of you end up at an underground mall. You spend the next few hours shopping for some new clothes, a process that would have taken considerably less time if you hadn't had to deal with Last Order's antics. By the time you stop for lunch at about One O'clock you've managed to pick up some stylish threads. You got two new jackets, the first of which is white with blue details and has a hood, short sleeves and brass buttons. It also came with a pair of pants. The other jacket is blue with a black lining. The only decoration is two black bands the upper arms of the long sleeves. It also had a hood.
Besides the jackets you pick up a pair of black cargo pants (brining your pants count up to three), a bunch of shirts in black, white and blue, both long and short sleeved, and finally some socks and underwear. Last Order teases you about those last two.
The underground mall has a small food court so your trio heads there for lunch Last Order, having far more energy then you thought possible for such a small individual, runs a head, quickly getting lost in the crowd. Yoshikawa sighs. "Souske, could you go after her and make sure she doesn't get into trouble? I'll take the bags and meet you at the food court." You nod, hand her your bags and run after Last Order.
You easily dodge through the crowds and catch sight of Last Order running about and laughing without a care in the world. You call out to her. "Last Order! Watch where you're going! You'll hit somebody!"
Last Order looks over her shoulder and sticks her tongue out at you. "You can't catch me! You can't catch me! Misaka Misaka taunts as- OW!" Last Order cries out as she does exactly as you predicted and runs into someone, bouncing off and falling to the ground. You slowed to a stop beside her and took a look at whom she'd run into.
By some incredible of coincidence Last Order had literately run into one of the 7 other level fives in the city; Mugino Shizuri, the Meltdowner and fourth ranked level five. Mugino can only be described as beautiful; her body is curvy, her brown hair is stylish and her clothes are fashionable. She's also tall enough that you actually have to look up to see her face, which happens to be scowling right now. "You brat! Watch it!"
"Wow, Mugino looks super pissed." Mugino seems to be accompanied by three other girls. The one that just spoke is younger than the level 5. You'd put her at about 12 years old. She looks like quite the tomboy, with short brown hair and wearing a hoodie and shorts.
The next girl is also about twelve and is clearly a foreigner. She's got long blond hair, blue eyes and is wearing a fancy outfit including a beret. "Basically, you guys are in a lot of trouble." She whispers to you conspiratorially.
The last girl of their little group is somewhere in between Mugino and the other two in terms of age, probably 15 or 16. She's wearing a comfy looking track outfit and seems to be either extremely bored or just not paying attention.
What do?

I ended up giving you both the white and blue outfits because verity and I doubted anyone would complain. I toned down the sheer anime on the white outfit and changed the purple to blue to fit the color scheme I've got going.
Now that this is done I'll get back to working on that WCHB that I owe you.

Unfortunately, I don't actually have a good write in for the dialogue in this because I'm not knowledgeable about the setting or characters, so if someone else comes up with a better one, I'll gladly take it. This is the best I have for now(off the top of my head):
[X] Cue dramatic monologue/entrance mode-It may not work as well when you're tiny by comparison and no one knows you, but they will learn. Wait, tone that down a little. Far too sinister for making a first impression on the current generation.

After reading up on Mugino's ability, I say we could take her easily. We can redirect all her attacks or make them drop and she has no protection against us.
We could win just by increasing local gravity by 10.
She would literally have a heart attack on the spot and have no blood going to her brain.
Instant death.
Only reason Accelerator could fight us was that he could control his own blood and personal gravity.
