For the record, any Write-In Options like the two below:

[X] Choose (Ritsuko) Relationship will gain +1 RP
[X] Train with Yato
- [X] physical resistance
[X] Meet up with Elizabeth
- [X] see sights that have legends and myths while give her a tour of town

I think we're about good on tournament training. Let's do something different this time.

[X] Plan: Expect the Unexpected
-[X] Train with Yamato
-- [X] Ask our brother to stretch his devious imagination and prepare us for the most devious trickery and unforeseen scenarios. Also, check in on him personally.
-[X] Call up Ritsuko and see if she wants to Train/Hang Out
-- [X] Train with Ritsuko, and have her come at us with all she's got to get us used to fighting different opponents; ask her to be inventive. After that, offer to go out for dessert (try to guess her favorite).
[X] Choose (Hose) Relationship will gain +1 RP

Edit: first plan in this quest, at that.

Honestly? I want to do Tactics.

Will be considered just regular Votes. Nothing special will come out of them.

You know, save for the normal stuff.

Gain the ability to perform a powerful attack that gives you +30 to your Combat Checks when you sue it.
"use"
Suing is not our biggest strenght.
You flex your fingers, feeling the power you know have just beneath the skin.
"now"? "you know you have"? It's one of the two, probably.

Congratulations! Your Martial Arts are all high enough to earn you first place in the Tournament!
This is a weird commentary. Normally you don't know how you measure up against your competition until you meet and observe them. Given the presence of supernatural there is no reason to assume there will be no equally ridiculous shenanigans on their side. Even that aside, Hose is living proof of where natural skill and determination can get you, and he could have been one of the participants. Why wouldn't other schools have their best on par with our own?

So I wonder about the veracity of this statement. The bold text has so far been used as an OOC confirmation from the omniscient narrator, and its absolute truth has never been in doubt. Does that mean further training is meaningless for the purposes of the Tournament? That's usually not how this works.

Well, I was up for changing tack anyway, so...

There will certainly be shenanigans. But I figured since I let you all know where you stood before you hit 100 on MMA, I thought it would make sense to do the same this time.

If it's really that weird I can get rid of it.

[X] Choose (Elizabeth) Relationship will gain +1 RP
[X] Plan: The Last Montage

Well don't forget about the free RP

I figured that would work outside of Plan Formatting because I don't want to knife fight about that.

You can still get the Perks, but can only Class Change Twice.
2. The sidenote is basically how I'm doing it. The Two Classes you get will essentially fuse into one that will both give their own unique Special Class, and also effect Hayato's Growth in the Narrative.
Evolves into: The Unstoppable

Just to make sure I'm understanding this correctly, each All-100 unlocks a different Advanced Class which has a focus on the things that the All-100 is made of, so All-100 MA gives us Martial Arts cap extensions and Perk unlocks. Same for Empathy and Supernatural (and if you'd be willing to confirm what the All-100 Advanced Class does for them I would appreciate it).

Regardless of what two All-100 Advanced Classes we unlock, they'll merge into a class called The Unstoppable which will draw elements from the two prior Advanced Classes and likely unlock an Advanced Skill Tree.

Or is this unrelated to The Unstoppable and that's something else entirely?

What does the Education All-100 unlock Advanced Class wise?

This is a weird commentary. Normally you don't know how you measure up against your competition until you meet and observe them.

I see it more as our Seniors commenting on what they know about the competition historically and the competition presently. We're rocking an effective 100+ score for all of our Tournament MAs right now, which from what they know means we're able to beat all of our opponents in technical skill at the very least.

There's whatever Trickery is going to go on for people who have enough to unlock that Secret, and there's also calculating other things like Physical Resistance, Dodge, and Tactics, but we're not really in a position to actually address Dodge, Tactics, and Trickery, so we're going to have to hope our Senoirs and our Bro can cover us for the latter two and that we're just too good for Dodge to matter.

I'm not saying what they do for them, and they will merge into essentially different Version of The Unstoppable.

That's good enough for me.

I will now motion for the thread to push for the Education All-100 for the second part of The Unstoppable :V

All it'll cost is 15 more AP!
Less than that, remember, training with Yamato gives bonuses to training Education. +5 from his SL, +5 from training with him to negate our malus, for a total of 15 per AP.

At the moment, History is at 56, English is at 60, and Mathematics is at 56.

+45 is enough to get any of them above 100, so that's a total of 9 AP to get Education All-100.

EDIT:
Now, the real question is, what would a class formed using Education All-100 and Martial Arts All-100 look like?

Use Math to optimally decide how to punch a person in order to do maximum damage and hit them all the time, no matter how they attempt to dodge?

Use History and learn from the former greats of martial arts history, and use their techniques to destroy your enemies?

Use English to: I don't even know tbh. Given that it's an Advanced Skill, just say dramatic phrases in English that somehow improve the force of your attacks? :V

Personally I'm thinking leaning into the Emotional Bruiser is gonna be best for Hayato's overall character arc. Education certainly comes out of nowhere for fun but thats Yamato's bag whirl Feelings have been his weakness and our strength.

Still wanna get the Education skills up of course but I don't think using one of our Class Changes on that would be as nice as Feelings.

Same here, Education is our bro's thing, not ours, forcing it on Hayato would be just stupid. Empathy is the best thing to choose for Hayato, or Speech, since those are his most important skill groups (along with Martial Arts), though I prefer Empathy.

Shouldn't we want our class change be focused on empathy instead of martial arts?

We are the talk no justu brother!

We get two class changes, so we can take Martial Arts and Empathy, which is what I'm aiming for. Other option I'd like is Empathy and Speech.

Nah, Hayato is basically a kamen rider.
Skill with sowrds, and mixed martial arts.
Supernaturally though so it dont need to doge.
Extremely force of personality.
Total lack of subtelty.
Just embrace it and train resistence up.
Would be useful to using more than one monster.
That should be dragon...

No kidding witty comment here, dragon. violence is the only option.

Counter point: Dragons are near perfect but I'd argue there's one monster that's even better suited for High Combat, High Personality, and High Durability.

The Nemean Lion. Shiny, invulnerable Lion that fought Hercules to a stand still. No I am not joking I swear that it's perfect.

Counterpoint: yato alread take care of the durability part.
What we need now his the destructive force of a flying dinosaur made of violence.

Why not both? :p

Jokes aside Dragons are so generally so powerful that'd probably be our final partner, our Last Second Power Up (or the temporary Movie partner that we don't keep :p). I'm hoping for a werewolf partner for our second one.

Am I thinking of the benefits that could provide (and Yamato getting a vampire partner as a mirror to our wolf) perhaps. Am I more thinking of a wolf harassing the fox for being smug? Also perhaps.

Eh Hayato don't really have a problem with the foxes, also i dont think we should mirror yamato he doing his super genius high brain power phat. Hayato is becoming a super-robo. But you have a point in dragons being way too much, maybe a young one, not everything must be a wifu.

Not sure about the talk of Waifu's since I'd generally keep that to the side of talk about partners until it actually seemed like a relevant option.

The werewolf/vampire mirror however is one I'm not opposed to solely cause of how both of them are portrayed. You almost never hear of one without the other, and somewhat recently they've become so interconnected that settings have them be somewhat related. But despite that closeness they're shown in really different lights even when positive.

Vampires are intelligent, powerful, clever, attractive and influential. They're also usually seen as the Undisputed Masters of the Night, atleast among the more human level monsters. Our Bro shifts from his somewhat emotionless state to a calm, cool persona and he'd probably end up acting like a Noble Good Vamp himself.

Werewolves however are strong, fierce, loyal, energetic, and emotional. Undeniably powerful, whenever they're shown with a mind they're shown to have honor and loyalty at the forefront of most of their actions. Hayato is several of these traits himself already.

The two brothers already are going to end up as mirrors or foils to eachother in some ways, just how the tropes work out. This is just one that ties to sets of partners that'd be really cool.
