@Zolarian01 What exactly does 'putting a hiatus on Operation Xel'danar' mean? Does this mean that we cannot take Military actions while the hiatus lasts? Does it affect the amount of Infrastructure actions we can take?
So the Major Projects in the infrastructure actions will be locked for two turns?I guess I did not elaborate with sufficient clarity there. My bad.
This hiatus is directed at major civilian and military infrastructure projects under the purview of Operation Xel'danar (namely, the Major Projects under the Infrastructure Section, as well as the options to build military infrastructure in the Military Section). In simple terms, you won't be able to do any of that while the hiatus is in force.
So the Major Projects in the infrastructure actions will be locked for two turns?
In that case, we need to give minor projects an massive increase to actionsYes, as well as the Military Section (excepting Project Nef'ar'zal, as that is a research project).
And before you start panicking, think of it as a reprieve for the economy, so that it can get back to running on full speed ahead again later on.
Basically, because I chosen that for my plan in Turn 14, but didn't get any progress because of the other projects. So this turn it will be worked onAlso, Genetic Enhancement Protocols is listed as 'Status: Due for execution this year' What does this mean?

No. @Zolarian01 can you explain? So do we need to allocate Research slots to it this turn in order for it to progress?
Hey @Zolarian01 is the other vote invalid because of this vote?
The Turn 15 vote. Is it paused in exchange for this vote for rationalist and militarist
