Okay the coming turn we should hit 200 for psyker willpower opening up that tag, I would suggest sliding that onto one of the perceptions. Moving forward we should try to tag all three skills in a category as with SL we can train all 3 for a single action and will be the quickest way to max all our skills so we can start tagging advanced skills. Psyker esoteric should hit 150 with a SL action and a level up and one or two turns after should hit 200, at which point we can move it to the last perception.

It would be amazing if we took the idea of Professor Xavier's Cerebro for looking for psykers. It would be faster than having them pop up unexpectedly.
@ilbgar123 is it possable to make a cerebro for psykers?
Maybe we need some kind of long-term eugenics project to cultivate psyker genome? Like slowly increasing overall level to make sure each generation's of psyker able to handle a bit more. We need patience for this kind of project. I think if we can turn all psykers into sane zeta or god forbid gamma class psyker then it will be a game changer.

Emperor got multiple such devices, it's called occullam test stations. He made them along with psi-engine which use brute force to turn normals into psykers.
Well asked @ilbgar123 about major Projects i thought are importent, and those are his answers.
Project Genesis----
1. Understanding the nature of human soul and difference between human soul and souls of other Xenos.
2. How to increase the potency of the human soul and increase its natural resistance against chaos.
3. Research on how biology effects human soul and how to increase biological synchronization with soul.
Ga. Well, you've only really got Orks to compare with.
Gb. The psyker-creation Perks let you increase the potency of the human soul, though the resistance to Chaos is more a function of Control and Willpower than anything else.
Gc. A mix of Education:Esoteric and Psyker: Manipulation.
Project Sword----
1. Research on crystals to create specific crystals that embody concepts that are antagonistic towards chaos(example--order, peace and harmony, balance, compassion)
2. Research of weapons made by conceptualized crystals.
Project Shield----
1. Research on usage of anti-chaos crystal and phase iron to create AI matrix
2. Research on planetary scale Geller field(Geller field creates a bubble of real space within warp and enhances law of real-world in warp, Hypothetically a Planetary scale device will greatly reduce chances of deliberate or accidental daemon summoning and lessen the power of daemon in such planets)
3. Usage of rune, Hexagrammic and Pentagrammic upon body and its effects on soul
Shield a. You'd need to do the first Sword project first, but yes.
Shield b. Unless you made a massive improvement to Gellar Fields, they'd be massive power hogs.
Shield c. You would need to figure out runes in the first place first.

Problem with the whole generation thing is that it was mentioned that it would take millions of years for humans to evolve into stable psykers. Which comes an immense number of issues since until then we would be dealing with things like rogue and corrupted psykers.
Seems like the whole psyker creating thing would dramatically speed things up since we would be able to look at the genome of way more psykers. Especially if it would let us more easily be able to find people that seem to be naturally more stable.
@veekie can you replace paragon with Warp Whispers now that its being used for a much weaker trait? It would be really nice to have advance warning of things coming our way.

We already greatly enhanced normals, we need to be patient, best we can hope for a supply of sane psykers like Templar Calix - Lexicanum as a force multiplier, i am mostly interested in using them in support role or espionage or assassination or information gathering. Just throwing them in meat grinder style battle is a waste of their potential and talent, they can be used as healer or comm officer or seer, better use them as a scalpel rather than a hammer.

Patient? Your pretty much saying that we should wait likely millions of years for people to naturally evolve into psykers. As shown with how looking into Serras' genetics let the planet use genetic engineering to boost everyone in what would have naturally have taken likely tens of thousands of years doing things the long way can be immensely impractical. That we can enhance people are selves doesn't really change the fact that having other people that can do the same would still be immensely helpful.
Hell, figuring out how genetics work with psykers could be immensely useful if we can use genetic engineering to make it far more likely that psykers naturally born are far more likely to become stable.

I just got this hilarious idea of seeding Warp Gem (my name for them because created with the powers of the Warp) Manufactorum-vessels, filled with our personally-trained psykers following all crusade-fleets, constantly producing Warp Gems which will be fed to the Primarchs and Space Marine-leaders willing to digest such...

better keep a monopoly over it, can you imagine if traitor Primarchs got their hands on those things and how to make them? Provide all info to Emp and Malcador, perhaps Magnus if he is absolutely loyal, other than that Guard your aces. As blood Ravens say "Knowledge is power, guard it well."
