So would anyone oppose using an action or two next turn to increase our tactics next turn seeing as we are kind of running towards bonuses for it because it was neglected and we clearly need it?

[X] Education: Esoteric: 60 Perk. Patterns In The Soul. You will have to investigate further, but you believe you may have discovered something to do with why some people are psykers and some are not. +20 to PsykerChecks. Additional +10 to Esoteric Checks.

[X] Psyker: Manipulation: 40 Perk Fleshcrafter

Perhaps not useful right now, but holy shit those Education: Esoteric 60/80/100 perks. That's one path I personally think we have to follow at one point as the threat of Chaos is ever present.

Yea, that's pretty much confirmed that I want to tag it along with the other 2 Psyker skills once we get the All 25 Stat perk :D

[X]Education: Esoteric: 80 Perk. Found The Pattern

We aren't combat specialized and wasting perk points in response to a bad roll isn't helpful. We aren't going to be put in command or even do much fighting they still see us as a child.

Honestly, perhaps we should just pick some of the psyker perks and rip the orcs to shreds with the thing we are specialized in? While we could probably diplo our way to command something, it'd probably be easier to just go fight.

Because we are a primarch with a speech all 50 who can talk them into it?

Who's also a transcendent supergenius and capable of fighting an Ork Warboss in close combat as a peer?

We're a Primarch, combat is going to be something we can't get away from. Having a good foundation built means that we can afford to focus more on the stuff we want to do, because the stuff we have to do we'll be strong in.

Yeah, I kind of agree. Even if they DO put us in a command position it's not exactly like we're THAT exceptional in command. They probably still have people superior to us there, and that's not going to put us in a position to kill the Warboss.

The plan is a combo of the two. Diplo our way into command and prevent damage to the city by directing troops and win by killing the boss and scaring them away.

It's also a bad idea to mess with the command structure in times of crisis. They'll have their command and control structure in place, us showing up might not be all that helpful.

But, if we show up as a force multiplier under their command or just go to the deepest concentration of orks, we'd probably be more useful.

Which, again, is dependent on Tactics, because that's the ability to apply yourself effectively.

This plan gets us up to solid expert level in all of them--at least in terms of meeting difficulty checks anyway.
