There are two versions of Luthor's canonical facets. Total Warhammer has four: Coward, Villain, Arrogant, Crazy. One is better in melee, another at range, two have access to specific Lore of the Deep spells. This struck me as okay for the context but a bit simplistic for a writing project. 4e WFRP has a list of 6 or so separate personalities, including a little girl, a drunk, and an Estalian bug collector. This one didn't enthuse me either.
I am not using either of these.

I like the historical aspect of being in the initial fort Lutr used to establish his control over the nation he now rules. The only option I can see myself being swayed to is if someone convinced me we not only can, but will use Bespoke to make an airy, brightly lit, almost modern museum, purely for the contrast with where we are and what our exhibits are.

Well, let's not rule that out. We don't know one of the personalities isn't an entomologist of the non-estalian variety.

I've changed my mind on Leviathan. I now think that I actually don't like the idea of a mobile museum, for all that an undead crab would be pretty cool.

Somehow I misread Estalian as Lustrian. Honestly having a capricious patron like Luthor is something I'm looking forwards to.

Whatever wins, we need to be ready to make an exhibit about the Dreadfleet's defeat once that happens. Make it all about how the Dreadfleet had every advantage and yet still managed to fuck it up.
