All of the options appeal to some extent but this one is so potentially different from what we get to see and learn about in Divided Loyalties, that I can't resist the chance to see Boney paint a magnificent painting on this relatively new and blank canvas.
 
To push Marienburg agenda even further. Its one of the largest port cities in the world. It gets stuff from all over the world. Meaning Indic, Nippon, Cathay etc. Meaning more chances to gleam info on places far outside the reaches of most of the world.

honestly, my ideal would be a straight Marienburg option, rather than the elves, but i'm weird i guess. every option will probably be interesting, considering the writer, but these three are the most immediately appealing to me.

Southern Realms need more live. Tilea's filled with a few world cities connected to global trade networks. It's got ancient elf ruins nearby and they trade with Araby, Ind, Cathay, and New World colonies as much, if not more than the Empire does. The skaven are a downside, but eh, not our problem unless they pull a heist and honestly that could happen to anyone.
