Can colony ship be used more then once or do we need to build a new one for each colony?
Is there a list of what the purpose is of the site we can rebuild like(Restore and reactivate Facility XA-09)?
 
More colonies, food, cloning lab and to analyze that material from our system. To start mining it if nothing else.

Basically, making our first colony and expanding our fleet to prepare for the cruisers. Get more mineral and such. Finishing all the XA stuff, researching a lot of things, @Zolarian01 can you check and see if there's room for more. Getting some spells researched and getting more military stuff done with the start of the cybernetic implants started.

Do we have any idea how we're going to organise our navy or are we just building whatever ships we feel like and hope to kludge some organisation together later?
 
So we have no idea of organisation of our fleet at the moment. Okay, fine.

@Zolarian01 Do we have any idea of combat effectiveness of our ships compared to each other? How many Hunters would be equivalent to a single Raider? Do we have any idea of how many of our ships would be needed to match up against a cruiser of the same type as the Bolt from teh Heavens when it was still cruising the void?

For now, I haven't been able to give naval organization proper thought due to being occupied with digging through the 40K Homebrew Wiki for some stuff that would be suitable.

As for combat effectiveness, that I am afraid can only be properly found out in actual combat.

A single Raider-class destroyer is equal to three Hunter-class corvettes in combat power.
 
If there is room i like to research the following two projects:

No matter how fancy your troops in the end you need boots on the ground to claim the land, and those should wear power armor.
Analysis - Advanced Personal Combat Armor Prototypes
Description: We have discovered several suits of personal combat armor from XA-07, which seem to be quite advanced and, apparently, in a prototype stage. We should study them thoroughly to see if we can finish developing them into something workable.
