If we'd launch one of the new curiosity satellites.Do we have to choose whether it is going for film or tv?

I kinda think a Mission Control Complex makes sense, since we're moving into human spaceflight, but I'm OK with waiting a year or so.

Future ones, yes, but your first one is going to be TV because that's the one with the more stressful requirements on the satellite bus, and also the more useful of the two right now.
 
Ok. Also, we have to wait for human rated rocketry to finish before designing either a new rocket or an updated Dawn to carry humans, right?

Also, ooh. Last rocket boxes phase opened. Might be nice to get it all sewn up.

For the next World Council the Debsists and CPAL are probably going to push for northern hemisphere weather satellites. Probably would like advance warning of hurricanes.
And the SDL are probably going to want the Sydney Science Complex completed. And as much as I hate to give them anything, more Avionics would be nice, especially as we move toward human launches.
