No complaints about the lore here.

Anyway, given how all in the winning plan went with the knight aspect, the martial might deed does sound the most fitting. It's also probably one of specialities that the question of whether or not we're proud of it makes the most sense with. I mean, you could ask the same about diplomancy, but looking down on talking things through is a lot less sympathetic than being conflicting about violence.

That and even if we don't end up wanting to specialize in it, having at least somewhat of a talent for martial skills probably can't hurt, especially when most of the society's tech is geared towards the knight fantasy.

As for the banner, as some have said before, I also like the one with the petals the best. It does add a bit of a floral theme, but we probably shouldn't lean into that too hard. Maybe a housename like House Primrose, or something Fleur-de-lis inspired. Like the iris flower, or as it called in german Schwertlilie( sword lily) . I could see House Iris as thematic without being too on the nose.

Talking about being on the nose, unless someone just really wants SeeD running around, a Garden based government form doesn't sound like the best idea. Blade Master would definetly go with the martial might option, but also a bit heavy handed. I can't say I have a strong tendency on that point right now.

So, our combination of traits put it that we were in a position to be the Stellarch's Praetorian Guard or something?
You could, if you so wished. I mainly put in those Roman-inspired names because of my earlier description about being a vassal-nation of a grand empire, not unlike that of Rome. I will let you know though that the prestige of said position may not be applicable when you came into power yourself.

Flowers do honestly make for excellent naming schemes in general, regardless of the setting!

So, some thoughts for the future. We should see about researching the radiation Solarium emits. Ways to store and direct it, or amplify Solarium's natural production of it. Also, my other thought is that there's going to be an insane demand for Solarium, impure and pure. Nobles will want it to prolong their lives. Militaries will want it for ships and weapons, and merchants will want it for ships as well.

I suppose this also raises the question of how much we want to contain the spread of Solarium/monitor where it goes and who are using it, if it (the material-- not the secrets, never the secrets) ever goes beyond our borders. Personally-- I kinda wanna hoard it and keep it unique to Helm (save for maybe potentially gifting very small amounts to the Stellarch or any trusted allies we acquire) that way we kinda have an 'I win' button if worst comes to worse-- but I can also see people wanting to leverage Solarium in the form of a 'trade good' to put ourselves in a better position within the United Empire.

An important thing to remember as well is that your people have developed an attitude to solarium in that one has to prove themselves worthy of it as well, with all the duties and responsibilities that entails. In addition, the genetic sequence that resonates with solarium is only found naturally in your people due to constant exposure everyday to it over generations. So humans beyond your people aren't prepared for circuits, nor are they considered 'worthy' for the most part.

Impure solarium could still be useful as a trade product, but pure solarium, given its ridiculous scarcity, internal demand, and religious connotations? That's not going to happen without a major attitude shift. It'd be like trying to trade away the bones of a saint for your people, something that will definitely get very long stares and awkward silence.

For a Banner, I was thinking something like the Terran Empire's sword behind Earth motif, only instead of the Earth it's a sun.

[X] Plan: The Sword-Flowers
-[X] [Name] House Iris
-[X] [Banner] A silver sword to the stars, intertwined in petals.
-[X] [Titles] Solar King.
The Solar King leads the nation, supported by the Prisms who forge the solarium and the Brilliance Knights who wield it so.
-[X] [Sire] Martial Might. Your sire was the armed fist of the Stellarch, leading loyal vassal soldiers of the United Empire into battle against whatever enemies refused to heed decrees or orders sent forth from the Senate.

Space Knights gonna Space Knight

Ah, I was just about to post something more or less like that. That being said, in the purpose of not splitting plans over one point, I was kinda fiddling with alternate titles I can jive with. Could I interest you in:

-[] [Titles] Solar King. The Solar King leads the nation, supported by the Prisms who forge the solarium and the Brilliance Knights who wield it so.

Just someting that folds in the other meaning of iris as well. Not that the sol in solarium and the mention of magic circuits glowing is a lot to run with, but that doesn't have to stop us. With how important solarium is to everything, tying it into the governments naming scheme strikes me as appropriate.

Okay, that's not bad, edited.

[X] Plan: Stellar King of Knights
-[X] House PenDragon
-[X] A large white star in the middle with a golden sword behind it, its pommel, hilt, and blade point all visible. with eight smaller stars of different colours surrounding it in a circle.
(made a picture of it using CK3 character gen but couldn't figure out how to upload the pic onto SV from my computer.)
-[X] [Titles] Stellar High King The Stellar High King leads the nations, supported by his court of Magi who forge the solarium and the honourable knight order of the round table who wields it so.
-[X] [Sire] Martial Might. Your sire was the armed fist of the Stellarch, leading loyal vassal soldiers of the United Empire into battle against whatever enemies refused to heed decrees or orders sent forth from the Senate.

As far as I'm aware, you can't actually upload images to SV itself. You need to first put it on a host site like imgur, then link it from there.

Also for your naming considerations, there is the Stellarch of House Sol, which can make naming a bit tricky in relation to solarium. But I'm sure there's some clever schemes out there to get around that.

[X] Plan Stewart of Worlds
-[X] [Name] House Noctis

-[X] [Sire] Stewardship Mastery. Your sire was the open palm of the Stellarch, a genius adminisrator that could take the poorest worlds of the United Empire and turn them into industrial powerhouses of the United Empire.
-[X] [Titles] First Councilor. The First Councilor leads the nation, supported by the Advisors who forge the solarium and the Knight Guardians who wield is so.
