Lex Mechanica

The only good bug is a dead one. Shame we probably won't have much opportunity to help that conflict in any notable manner... at least in relation to the scale the Imperium tends to work on.

[] Plan: Weaponizing care bears without breaking Imperial law
-[] Party Name: Illuminated Mechanicus
-[] Party Represents: Magi, Logi
-[] Coalition:
--[] Yes: Bearers of the Beacon, Holy Machine Faction, United,Sect of Holy Lighting Inspiration, Society of the Living Alloy,Luminen of the Forsaken Calculus, Warriors of the Machine God, The Price Ascetic
--[] No: Seekers of the Omnissiah
-[] 1: Establish the Genetor-black-lab on a big asteroid or similar isolated location, with enough arms aimed at it to deal with possible leaks. A facility for studying Dren hostile psykers.
-[] 2: Start a breeding program with captured hostile Dren to gain access to a strictly limited (if necessary: cull) number of Dren psyker to start research on the black-labs first project: Brain implants for Dren psyker that enables suppression of their psyker abilities while not explicitly permitted (experiments, should they ever be weaponized) and comtrol of their agression potential.
-[] 3: Institute a new Standard work shift system, four six hour shifts shall be instituted with each preceded and followed by time for shift changes and a short service for the workers, making for a total of seven hours spent at the workplace for six days a week. This will ensure maximum productivity for every workhour, Ave Omnissiah!
-[] 4: Create a body, invested with the power to determine and prescribe better working safety regulations in order to maintain the health of the Workforce. An Experienced Workforce is a productive Workforce. Ave Omnissiah!
-[] 5: Institute a system of testing to open up the way into the schools for capable menials and to ease the way from the schools to Tech-Priesthood of the specialization most fitting the pupil.
-[] Outreach: Further infiltrate the schools, teach Sidonias new generation both the secrets of the Forgeworlds we left and to share their knowledge with other Mechanicus of Sidonia, sharing the gifts of the Omnissiah strengthens the Forgeworlds productivity. And a productive Forgeworld is practical praise to the Omnissiah!

[X] Plan: Utilize Discovered Resources and Opportunities Plan
-[X] Party Name: Sidonian Explorer's Party
-[X] Party represents: Magi (Leads the Scout Parties), Genetors (Catalogue and Study Everything Encountered), Logi(Makes Sure the Expeditions Don't Run Out of Supplies), Chaff(Skitarii or Armed Servants of the Leading Explorers)
-[X] Coalition: Yes. Generally anyone that's cool with exploring but the party has a radical bent and foundation so likes radical parties more like the seekers because practically exiled into the fringes are where the unorthodox admech members go so they might as well go exploring.
-[X] 1. Begin campaigns to erase any legal distinctions mutants suffer from everyday chaff, educate the population into being less anti-mutant and see that mutants are included in all the programs that the chaff enjoy like better accommodations but try to funnel them into the exploration corps to bulk up their numbers.
-[X] 2. Start long term observation of the Drens around the entire forest moon. The primary mission is to find signs of the Drens preparing to attack us. Secondary mission is to learn more about them in general. Biology, society and their forest moon environment.
-[X] 3. Study the lava worms. Their biology, life cycle, environment etc. Do this with the immediate aim to figure out how to harvest their mineral excrete balls to immediately fuel our industries without having to go through the trouble of digging for them with long term plans to domesticate such creatures.
-[X] 4. Create schools and academies that can take in aspiring genetors and logi from the chaff. Offer them a general education course with the usual specializations we have access to but our real reason is so that we can test and pick out the best of the interested recruits to educate them in proper exploring.
-[X] 5. Build a set of space stations around our system that can keep watch and be good bases to launch expeditions from.
-[X] Outreach: Establish local explorer's clubs and associations all over Sidonian population centers and have them do some local exploring. Membership is open to all members of the electorate.
-[X] Ideology: A splinter group from the Seeker's of the Omnissiah that wishes for a more exploratory emphasis on the radical nature of their platforms. Currently this manifests as exploring Sidonia and building the infrastructure that will help accomplish that.

[X] Plan: We are going to make our means of production

I like production

edit- working on additional food production is good as well here in the number 2 slot

Yup, no where near close. There's a good chance though that people would just see "Inquisitor visitng nearby" and start ringing the alarm bells.
And the risk that one decides to pass through to pick up some gear on the way to another mission

In the first year of his rule, the Fabricator General initiated the ambitious project of constructing the Orbital Elevators of Sidonia. These towering structures, rooted at the zenith of the Great Forgecity, are designed to revolutionize the transportation of goods. Enabling an unprecedented exchange between the planetary surface and orbit, these elevators promise to bolster the forge's capacity. Despite the anticipated 16-year construction period, the project brims with the promise of interstellar opportunities.
Quick question. Since the project is estimated to take 16 years, is this an action that needs to be taken for the project to continue? Or is it just trucking along in the background unless the winning party/Coalition takes an action that affects the project?

On one hand, we are a fairly new forge world that only have low imperial levels of technology. On the other hand, the odd aren't exactly zero.

Yeah more of a concern once we start exporting stuff as right now we are doing a lot of setup. Flipside if we are on a good route to their destination stopping at a safe spot is within reason

[X] Plan: A Glorious Return
- [X] Party name: Seekers of the Omnissiah
- [X] Coalition: Anybody willing to work with us who doesn't actively hate the menials
- [X] 1: Begin the process of integration of nearby xeno tribes into our glorious forge world as their unique biology and warp potential combined with their knowledge of the planet makes them invaluable. Do this peacefully if possible, by force if needed
- [X] 2: Send a fact finding investigative mission to determine the nature and quantity of the mutants we have heard reports of, see if we can incorporate them into the rest of the forgeworld
- [X] 3: promote more ways for menials to rise in status and join the mechanicus as well as social mobility within the mechanicus with new legislation to expedite the process and open up spots. Firmly move away from the old process of apprenticeship
- [X] 4: Construct more agridomes to allow much greater food supply and hopefully achieve a surplus
- [X] 5: Deregulate the "tech heresy" of innovation to allow new discovers of the Omnissiah's works to flourish and to push back the frontier of ignorance
- [X] Outreach: Continue to secure Seeker or otherwise radical dominance of education, both for menials and for chaff

[X] Plan Reaching out a Hand
-[X] Party Name: Bearers of the Beacon
-[X] Party Represents: The Magi, Chaff
-[X] Ideology: The kinder side of the Mechanicus would call them dreamers. The majority calls them fools. Simpletons that ignore data and numbers for intangible results. They are the ones who see the galaxy around them and ask "Why?". They are the ones who weren't satisfied with the answers that the Mechanicus were giving to mankinds' woes and sorrows.
-[X] Coalition:
--[X] Yes:
---[X] Radical
--[X] No:
---[X] None
-[X] 1: Invest resources and political favor into the Genetors. In exchange, we would like their support on investigating, researching, and uplifting the safe mutants that are forgotten by the majority of the techpriests. Yes, they are mutants, shunned by the Imperium. Why not help them remove the weakness of their flesh; either though replacing the mutations with steel, or through the craftsmanship of the Genetors.
-[X] 2: Improve the magma sieves. Until the space elevator is completed, this is the only way to increase our material supply and give us possible access to rarer resources.
-[X] 3: Focus on improving the quantity the army. As it is now, the quantity makes it a bit touch and go on us properly covering all of our assets on the planet. While the quality leaves a lot to be desired for what's suppose to defend a forge world, it'll have to do for now until we can get our tech level up. Do not use this as an excuse to slack on standards though.
-[X] 4: Lay the groundswork for a new education system. Something that will allow those looking for knowledge to do so while also keeping the rigorous standards needed for a techprist. It's ok if this doesn't get done within the 8 years.
-[X] 5: Study and document the laws of the Adeptus Mechanicus and the various "tech-heresies". While wanting to throw off the many laws that stifle our ability to properly help humanity is understandable, some of them are there for a reason. For every dozen laws that are there due to some orthodox Magos that never took a step outside of their workshop, there is one that's there by paying too high of a price. From ban of Abominable Intelligence, to knowledge that corrupts the mind. If we want to overturn them and not be burned for it, we must do so carefully and thoughtfully. Yes, it will be slow. But better to slowly release our shackles and being able to help, rather than blinding cutting all the chains, only to find out one was keeping us afloat.
-[X] Outreach: Teach out to various Orthodox and Radical members and record the possible woes they have on the other side. While we won't be able to address every grievance, there should be some we should be able to touch upon. For example, completely strangling exotic research, or letting every techpriest doing whatever they want.

Edit: Forgot Outreach. Derp.

Okay I can get behind this. Stabilizing mutants and turning them into abhumans is agreeable to me and my party. They will still be mostly second class citizens but they won't be actively purged by the majority.

I found it a bit confusing for the Mechanicus to be squeamish about mutations when everyone expect for the Genetors are doing everything they can to hack off every bit of flesh that they can.
I'll stick with it. I'm glad to have a party to vote for which doesn't totally cut out the Seekers, so I'll stick with it.
Thank you! Also, just added an ideology. It seems a bit short to me though. Do you think I should add upon it?

Well for one Genetor augmentations are intentional and controlled where as mutations are random and often times detrimental. At the very worst mutations are a sign of Warp exposure or Chaos corruption which is why mutations are very much frowned upon.
