It was some time after the last lecture with the Elder of Community that Changjian Meinu and Meilu were at the former's room, somewhat trying to ascertain the 'oddity' that happened to Meinu's eyes. Drifting wafts and fogs of various colors yet something both girls not knowing what it truly means. It was only when Meinu tried 'focusing' did such 'vision' prompts itself to her but otherwise if she stopped 'thinking' about it did such an 'anomaly' halt from occurring.
"From the various tests we did, it probably has something to do with Qi. It makes sense that way as the first milestone of 'forging' our eyes but yours probably more sensitive than normal Nu? We could probably check the Archives for more details or even asks an Elder that isn't busy if they happen to know what's happening to you.", Changjian Meilu, in red robes as usual, said to her younger sister whilst idly moving about her fingers across her zither's strings making a few musical sounds as a result. The first thing they started to do was see how the 'colors' pop up for some objects or people. Granted, it was a bit harder to do for the latter but for some of the former, it was oddly similar. Like a body of water seems to have a similar color to another one, flames being another with another source of light that has been lit as well, metal, wood and earthen objects seems to mix colors with one another that it was rather hard to differentiate if there was any meaning at all. Of course, such 'observation' of the 'fog' was rather faint that both twins weren't hundred-percent sure at all.
"We could probably try on qi-infused items like artifacts, elixirs and pills once we have some on hand, sister Lu. For now, well...", Changjian Meinu said as she shook her head whilst thinking of 'stop' as she closed her eyes for a few seconds and then opened them, thereafter, ridding her sight's additional 'add-on', before recalling a conversation the month before. "It seems like Elder Cheng Nianzu of the Archives is hosting a lecture about the Red Dew Technique, so I suppose our activity this month is booked once more.", the youngest continued saying before reaching out to the glass of water in front of them atop a wooden table and drinking it to moisten her dry throat.
Changjian Meilu simply nodded and hummed to herself. "It's perhaps to be expected. Six months to reach being a Tempered Peasant, and then two months thereafter to do whatever. First month was a miss on gathering Insights but we did have some acquiantances and friends now.", notably one 'Putong Huang', or simply 'Hua', who also happens to play a guqin. "Then last month being the second month of attending the lecture of Elder Jiayi Shiang of the Community which helped us easily Forge our Eyes and almost halfway to doing the same to our Lungs. It only makes sense to have the basics down and about with the help of our honored Elders as such opportunities means we do so quickly rather than doing so on our own slowly.", after saying that the eldest also reached for her own glass of water but to quench her own thirst instead.
"...I guess we ought to inform Putong Huang and the others just in case as usual, sister, and make sure we're prepared for said lecture.", Meinu said simply at that as she sighed, receiving a nod from Meilu, before the twins eventually decided to prepare for the lecture this month once more...
