Alrighty, here is my proposed plan ready for voting.
Main idea is it being a prized bread/fishbasket for the Sector, not only providing ample amounts of foodstuffs from its island farms but also its rich sea catches in its endless seas. And with the it being a key logistical site for the Sector at large combined with the Xenos front, the local Governor and interested parties has ensured it is defended as well as a Fortress World.

Will write down extensive lore later today, but the core part is its nature as an Agri-World had been its main purpose even before Emps and his son stepped in during the Crusade.

-[X] A large System Defense Fleet: (-2 pts)
a large defense fleet is 4 points, the small defense fleet is 2 points, so you need to lose 2 points in another place or take the smaller fleet, also why only chose the Ogryns? you could take the rest of the mutants without spending another point since feilinids and beastman are equal to each other and ratings is free when you take ogryns

Because it looks like bait, you know?
you chose a blue star frontier with mountains, probably the most secure start possible, with only feral orks, while the beastman are a bait certainly, they are countered by the 1 million IG starting population and the military garison and also by the felinids which are super soldiers that will help your military. As for the ratlings in terms of bait they are half/half since they could be good and would helo with the Ogryns

I see y'all got similar plans to Bastion of Monsters. How about we both do some votes together is solidarity for big monster worlds around an actual sun?
voted for both your plans since like you said they are similar.
there is a bit of a problem though.
-[X] You can see the fighting
-[X] In the system:
should probably delete the one that you don't want, I would suggest you keep the xeno front since they would be easier to deal with then chaos.

Because it looks like bait, you know? But if I'm overspent, gimmie a sec to tweak.

EDIT: Can I get someone to look over it again, just to be sure?

Im down with it, I want my Magnifying Glass superweapon Damn it! And honestly, our plan is so similar it honestly only diverges on a couple of points, tbh.

Edit:
[X] Bastion of Monsters
[X] Plan: Hell and Home: Fortified Edition
[X] Plan: New Switzerland on the frontier of a Blue star

I mean, I don't really think it's bait, the description is pretty upfront with Ratlings known to be little shits that tend to bring crime with them and Beastmen are likely going to be the most likely to rebel b/c they're aggressive Abhumans being treated like shit which is why they give 4 points. I think Felinds help balance out the Beastmen since in the description it does say that Felinds can be used as enforcers to keep penal colonies in line.

Honestly I just want to have them all b/c yolo, put another meaning to the name Menagerie, y'know? Plus I really want to see Mayto's take on them.

And I want to see what happens when the Imperium actually brings their A-Game to something they don't want to wreck but refuse to lose, hence the reasoning behind my own plan.

I am personally uncomfortable of leaving behind such a small systems defence force on a frontline system. There are trade-offs you can do, for example, trading off the Hoplites for the Triarii and their heavy vehicles, which probably still has uses in fortified cities.

I'm working on the numbers, gimmie a sec.

EDIT: Freelance Knight is removed since we already have the Knight stuff going on. This lets me re-added large system defense fleet. The numbers now Work without significantly compromising our defenses.
