This is a lot of plans I'm voting for, and I'm probably going to revote again to narrow it down but these are picks so far. One thing you'll probably notice is that all of these have DAOT worlds as either our fiefs or where our fortress is located in.

Edit: Was just informed Give me titans is not up to date

68- 48 = 20 Points spent

This is a plan where the principal enemy is the Xenos. The sector is wealthy and stable internally with strong democratic traditions and many affluent worlds, a place of great faith and piety where the Emperor has trod and where the Remnants of the Dark Ages successfully held out until the light of the Emperor arrived. On the surface, it seems like a strong mighty bastion of the Empire... but in reality, it is a place endemic with low-intensity anti-piratical warfare and covert Xenos influences on Imperial society. For this reason, Ordo Xenos keeps a tight watch on this sector.

Moreover, a minor Xenos Race is trying to breach into Quarantined worlds for centuries now where the remnants of an ancient threat remain sealed, some say by the Emperor himself. The sector government hopes that the establishment of a Psykana fief gives the sector the means to crush this Xenos threat once and for all.

It also happens to be a place with an ancient deactivated Warp Gate, and unstable warp currents, necessitating a strong navigator presence and sophisticated shipping industry.

But above all is the watchword of this sector, the Emperor's Ancient Decree: Suffer not the Xenos....

Edit: I've realized the League of Votaan
hates the Orcs, so to make things interesting, I've added Greenskin presence, in exchange for taking Deathwatch and Fortress Worlds, two things that make sense in light of an active long burning Xeno conflict and unstable warp routes creating alot of fortification opportunities in the sector itself.

So Changed from my old plan which had DAOT, I reallyyyy wanted it but it would just make the sector too dangerous to compensate in terms of points and all the points I get from not taking age of imperium and all of it's option I can make the sector very OP in terms of Mililitary Power talking almost all of the Military choices available plus all of the inquisitorial fortress and the death watch. This is gonna be a very profitable and efficient Frontier sector that punches way above it's weight.

[X] Plan suffer not the Xenos

This gets everything I want. Astartes recruitment world? Check. Reference to the thousand sons check, massive mechanicus presence, check. Planetary fief, check. "Fleet based chapter" check,

Gib me the blood ravens sucessors recruiting pyskers and magnus asking what the fuck as he sees pyskers start being treated well. Give me the mechanicus desperately working with everyone in the sector to fight down the threats.

Once we purge the sector of the unclean. The heretic, the alien. Our crusade force will be legendary

Warlords walk along side knights, who walk along side space marines. All acting as the spearhead for the imperial guard. Who's line is stiffened by pyskers and watched over by the most devot of the Sisters of battle.

It is the 41st Millennium. For more than a hundred centuries The Emperor has sat immobile on the Golden Throne of Earth. He is the Master of Mankind by the will of the gods, and master of a million worlds by the might of his inexhaustible armies, and we are the line the heretics shall break against.

Look me in the eyes, and tell me this doesn't sound cool

will we probably be wiped out by eldar who realize that we could be the disive factor to make the imperium sweep up the sector? Absoulty. But thats why we let the astartes recruit from our world. So they might come to our aid. And together with the angels of death we shall purge the eldar meanace, learn the secret of bone-singing.

Will we be fighting aliens who boggle the imagination, yes but the imperial guard will stand with us, and we with them. To destroy the xeno.

Will we face gene stealers and a hive fleet? Yes, yes we will, but together with the mechanicus and the imperial navy we shall push them back. Our pyskers will cleanse any world of the gene stealer taint. While the twin empires destroy any fleet that dares attack the world's of him.

Will we have to face off with the league of votan and thier abominable intelligences, yes, but together with the god machines of the Omnissiah and those steadfast knights who held the line. We shall subjugate those who dare defy the holy God of both imperium and technology. Thier AI will be purified by our best technopaths, examined by the best priests of the Red planet. and guarded by he on terra's most powerful machines.

did this sector at one point rebel? Perhaps. But the holy inquisition dealt with those that dared to turn from the emperors light. And through it we discovered that HE is closer then once appeared.

He came to these soils with one of his sons. They purged that which should not be suffered.

SUFFER NOT THE XENO, PURGE THE HERETIC, BURN THE UNCLEAN.

Just a heads up, I'm thinking on altering my plan Free Market by adding Feral Orkz to get Fortress Worlds and Deathwatch.

Edit:

Removed Deathwatch for Ordo Xenos fortress. Just remembered the former are pretty xenocidal and learned that they have their methods of information gathering. And knowing SV we'll try talking to the Xenos.

What I just pointed out is just the basics of what you can get from Suffer not the Xeno. Do you all want to help start a new golden age? Because there are DAOT relics here. If even one is a STC system survives on these worlds, that have been settled by humans for that entire time. Then we get a new golden age

Alright, last possible alteration. I'm thinking on changing Free market from an established world to our own Fiefdom b/c I would like to have more freedom in how our world is run. If I do that would those who voted for my plan still be ok with that? b/c I don't want to change it up since our School location dictates how the game will go.
