Only, change is another cellar. We have 30 pts to use and the first plan only used 28.

this ensures we have all the points used, and with Dale getting reinforced to heck and back, means the orcs will be having a ball of a time to wreck dale.

the three ballista will probably give more chances to take down smaug, or make the dragon rethink its choices in attacking dale...which if its smart and dragons usually are (beneath their vanity and pride), it would go for erebor and force the dwarves into Dale...which case it forces them to evacuate as well because of food stores and resources that would be streched thin. If Smaug is powerful enough to force the peoples of erebor and dale out, this might eventually lead to the BOFA (battle for five armies), which case Dale becomes a stronghold to hold the damn fucking orcs back.

Thought I'd offer a different plan that offers maximum dragon shooting while still reinforcing the umgi buildings. After all you don't need emergency shelters to hide from a porcupine ;)
 
I am curious when Runelords will need to experiment with Middle-Earth resources to make replacements for some of their materials that they need to create the runes. I imagine that it was already questioned.

We have some kazad that can make magic runes but since they are from here they probably will not experiment.
If we do get stupidly lucky we migth even manage to do some damage to smaug.
