But would Sieg just tell them like that? Sieg is already scared of being treated as a looney, couldn't he just decide to not follow the vote and cause us to lose the vote in exchange of something he wants to do? I guess it's worth trying though...
Here's the thing.

He has a choice.

Be afraid of getting his feelings hurt and having 4 walking disasters make a mountain of dead corpses.

Or speak up anyway and get things going.

Sieg doesn't have the choice of playing it easy because Carmen isn't waiting for him to play easy.

And also Adam is working with Carmen. Which we expected, but to have it confirmed means that Adam will have a much easier time activating Whitenight, which is a big no no.

Gotta admit, recent chapters have been increasingly difficult to understand, with my low amount of Arknights context and my even lower amount of Project Moon context. Easier to track when it was only Sieg mainly dealing with what was in front of him, trying pursue concrete goals of finding his Office, but now I'm very clearly lacking so much required context.

Oh right.

Who are the four suspects we had again? We know about TEoU now, but the other 3 are still relatively unknown. Did the sneak peeks revealed anything more to us?

A Request of Protection actually turned out to be the Indigo Ordeal which I didn't actually expect.

I'd also like to say that may prediction about The Instruments of Iron and Bone actually being the Crimson Ordeal was correct.

Ok, so there's at least nine End of the world scenario Carmen is cooking up, And with all the problems already in this world, we are looking at more than 20 different types of apocalypse waiting for us.
fuck

Pretty sure there is only 4 distortions which makes the total of all the extra apocalypses 5.

We don't actually know how bad the various Distortions are or even if they, by themselves, can destroy Terra. Not all Distortions are as violent or powerful as the End of Ursus after all.

Oswald, one of the strongest Distortions around, didn't really do much before being invited into the Ensemble.

The clown seemed perfectly happy in his tent rather than wanting to slaughter people en masse. I'm pretty sure he would've let Emma and Noah just walk out if they wanted.

Of the ones we see, the Sweeper one seemed content to protect whoever their charge was rather than burning or maiming anything.

I mean, the Sweepers are usually nice and kind to their neighbors too.

Until night comes and they have to feed.

We saw it treating it's charge lovingly, but everyone outside of the vision might be busy getting turned into bloody soup.

I just want to say that I'm really glad to see all this discussion. Really, it's like crack for a quest writer.

[] Plan: Let's start our own event
-[] Things have escalated too far for you or your Office to handle, you'll have to ask Rhodes Island for help.
-[] Run the situation by Nicole first if you have doubts. She's been in RI long enough to get a good feel for them.
-[] Lay as much on the table as you need to to get their help.
-[] Tell Abel to start talking to Abram and X about finding a way to stop Carmen.
Vote wise, I think this covers all our bases for the downtime action.

The talk with RI should go pretty well I think, since the whole "the voice in my head is a very good informant" isn't all that alien of a concept for Kal'tsit.

Having RI's resources will help us out a lot in the future. While most of their big guns are busy dealing with Amiya's inheritance, their network of informants and contacts around the world will still be incredibly vital for Turb Office in the future.

Utilizing their resources is half the reason we joined Rhodes Island. (The other half is for the shenanigans)

Some sort of gigantic serpentine Sweeper, curling around the body of a young man in a protective manner. The young man rests peacefully, holding onto a bladed appendage. But the blade refuses to cut his skin.

The vast wreck of a gigantic bear puppet. The mutilated carcass of a man who was once clad in an elaborate costume. A writing quill ran through a man's eye. A castle burns. Someone holds a red jewel in their hand- and crushes it.

A puppet, made from the mangled corpse of a man, made to dance for the amusement of a liquid crowd. The strings that hold it up are human spines.
Mkay, mkay
Seems to be

-A Request of Protection
-Silence The Chorus
-The Instruments of Iron and Bone
in that order.

As for who's who here... First once makes me want to say Kreide, but he could be alongside Ebenholz, given the mention of two individual entities. Could also be Czerny, though the whole LE stuff should be happening way later, so who knows? Or it could be Kreide's "grandfather".

Second's obviously Big Sad Lock. Seems to have killed the Troupe Mouthpiece, and the Playwright, though ironically he still seems to have been dancing to the Playwright's tune, due to him wanting to perish in a "sea of flames"

Third I still can't figure out, but the mention of Iron and Bone as someone else mentioned makes me think Jesselton Miller

Right, it's been twelve hours so I think I'm confident enough to vote for this.

[X] Plan: Let's start our own event!
-[X] Ask Rhodes Island for help with Adam, things have escalated beyond anything you and your Office can handle. Lay as much on the table as you need to to get their help.
-[X] Run the situation by Nicole first if you have doubts about Rhodes Island. She's been working with RI long enough to get a good feel for them.
-[X] Tell Abel to start talking to Abram and X about finding a way to stop Carmen. Even if she's not the sole cause of the Distortion, she's definitely making things worse.
-[X] Try to find where the Library is in Kazmirez and ask them for help dealing with Adam. Bring your allies with you in case they try anything.

Everyone, please only use [X] Plan: Let's start our own event! to vote. That way, if we need to change the vote I can just edit this vote.

[X] Plan: Proper Briefing
-[X] You would sound completely insane trying to explain this in person, so you might as well write up dossiers and threat evaluations for what you know about Distortions, EGO, Carmen, the Library, L Corp, and Light. You can make copies at some point and distribute them as needed, and keep the more sensitive versions to yourself. You should probably pass some of it up the chain to your boss, at least to properly explain what's going on with Hibiscus and the Library.

Planning and organized transfer of information is very important for large scale responses! Appease the malevolent god of beauraucracy!

I kinda wanna take X with us to meet with our bosses. He is technically a subject expert in Adam and how to beat his ass.

[X] Plan: Let's start our own event!

There probably should be a part of the main vote where we discuss meeting up with the Library folks for an alliance since I didn't see it there.

Honestly happy that the leading plan is about asking for help rather than demanding it this time.
