In the interest of future cooperation Voyager would be open to sharing technical advancements in fighter design made in conjunction with the Kazon exchange officer that do not violate the Kazon's own policies on acceptable levels of technological advancement as well as Starfleet's policies on sharing sensitive technologies.
      --[X] USS Voyager proposes a treaty wherein they and the Kazon agree to share information pertaining to the Borg so as to improve both sides chances of surviving an encounter with the all consuming species. Neither side will however be obligated under the terms of the treaty to provide direct military assistance were they to encounter the Borg given that the overwhelming nature of the Borg's military strength would make such an obligation tantamount to enforced suicide. To service the timely transfer of information on the Borg and allow the Kazon exchange officer to more easily send communiques, Voyager and the Kazon will work to establish a dedicated line of communications between them. Such an avenue of communications need not be real time but it must be one that can allow both sides to reach the other quickly in case of an emergency.

A preexisting vessel will be acceptable however if the Kazon are inclined to create a new hull the Voyager crew would like to contribute to the design that will be constructed.

    All right! You have 3 momentum and can ask about upcoming episodes! Use the wikis for guidelines to know what kind of space you will be flying through!
     
    So the next three episodes would be Faces, Jetrel, and Learning Curve. Faces is about Vidians so we might want to ask about any of those in the area. Jetrel was about the scientest that made a super weapon that destroyed Nelix's home, while that was changed we might want to ask about the Haakonian in the area. Learning Curve is about Tuvok and Janeway putting the maquis through boot camp while Nelix's cheese nearly destroys the ship so I don't think there's much information that the Kazon could provide.
     
    I'm starting to regret not having asked what the information option would have specifically entailed. I mean in hindsight this is a pretty logical outcome, but if I knew that information would just mean getting hints for future episodes I would have lobbied a bit harder for other options.

    The next episode, "Faces", is the one where Torres gets kidnapped and split into human and klingon halves, so I suppose we could ask for info on the presence of Vidiians or the status of their civil war. After that is the nuclear bomb allegory but that involves a single person coming onto Voyager and after that is an episode about the Maquis and Neelix getting the ship sick making both those episodes that the Kazon can't tell us anything about.

    The next episode after "Faces" where Kazon information would be relevant is the first episode of season 2 "The 37's", aka the one where aliens kidnapped Emilia Earheart because despite somehow being advanced enough to cross the galaxy, these people also chose to source their humanoid slaves from Earth specifically.
     
    I kind of wonder if the Briori are/were more active in this rendition of Voyager. It might well be that the world where they settled their human slaves wasn't actually their homeworld, just one of their colonies, and that they've made a habit of going around, abducting/enslaving groups of more "primitive" aliens.

    • Janeway frowned, drumming her fingers on the armrest of her chair. "...you say you have astrometric sensors scanned on this nebula. How many of those stations do you have around here, aimed at other anomalies and dangers?"

    "A few," Yenish said, frowning slightly.

    "How about this. We will use the information that we've learned to disassemble the nebula in exchange for information on what is ahead of us," Janeway said, standing from her chair, smiling as she did so. "It'll benefit both of us - we have less risks and dangers to run into, and your counterparts are unlikely to find us poking our noses into anything...dangerous."

    Yenish frowned, even more. She cocked her head to the side. Then, slowly, she nodded. "Yeah. Yeah. That makes sense. How long will it take to deconstruct the nebula?" She asked.

    "How long?" Janeway asked T'are. T'are flipped through the books furiously, while Tuvok leaned over her shoulder.

    "It appears it will take us several hours," he said. "We will be needing to set up a tachyon emitting pulses around the nebula, to signal the disassembly process."

    "Then we'll provide overwatch. This isn't a safe place for this kind of construction," Yenish said. "Launching our fighters for a combat areospace wing. Don't shoot them down, I'll hate for this peaceful little agreement to fall apart." She nodded - and the communication link shut down.

    "Getting prepped to shoot them down," C'nola said, cheerfully.

    "Catra, no!" Tom said, sitting up in his seat.

    Phoebe and Kat stood at the window, watching as the scaffolding started to take shape. Torres and her engineers were at work, fabricating and then dragging out the long, delicate latticework of emitters and sensors suspended between golden fibers and energetic cells that were picking up the energies emitted from the phaser arrays - set and adjusted to power transmissions. Phoebe sighed. "It's kind of sad...that this strangeness will be destroyed, just so that we don't need to fear the Leviathan."

    Kat nodded. "The Borg are no joke. And...well, the tachyon emitters are also scanners. We'll be taking a snapshot of this structure, down to as fine a resolution as we can manage..." She shook her head. "That information will stay in our computer banks and we'll drag them home, if we have too. Maybe some day, the Federation will build these things themselves, and we'll be able to use them for the betterment of the galaxy. That's why we're out here."

    Phoebe smiled, wryly.

    "So...the Doctor and Kes have been looking over the book and...they're pretty sure that we can trigger a...re-integration of ourselves," Kat said.

    "Oh, thank goodness," Phoebe said, breathing an explosive sigh of relief.

    "It's not that bad having your own body?" Kat asked.

    "Your own body?" Phoebe asked, arching an eyebrow. Kat blushed. "I thought we shared, dear sister."

    "We do! I just...tend to front more," Kat said.

    Phoebe huffed. "Well, maybe we should change that around. You do need more rest and relaxation, according to the Doctor. He's quite concerned about your stress levels, you know." She waggled her finger at Kat, who frowned at her.

    "Computer, delete the Doctor," Kat muttered under her breath. Phoebe snorted, but then turned more serious.

    "I am serious that I want us to be together, and that I want you to take off more vacation time..." She said.

    Kat sighed, slowly. "I'll do my best," she said, putting her hand on Phoebe's shoulder, squeezing.

    In the window, the lattice flickered with gathering light - catching starlight and giving the nebula the outline of a glow.

    In the canon telling of "The 37s" the descendants of the human slaves created a civilization for themselves. If that plot thread holds true for the quest then there is a good chance that they will be able to provide a friendly drydock and be a potential source of new recruits.

    Canon "Jetrel" meanwhile involves the title character, so distraught from his having played a part in the deaths of thousands, attempting to un-disintegrating the entire population of a moon. That goes about as well as it sounds.
