I think the Imperial one sounds fun, hopefully we can go full Legend of the Galactic Heroes in vibe check

I think that would be fun to play.

[X] United Space Exploration Bureau - The powers of the world have elected to avoid the horrors of the recent Great War by attempting to foster stronger international ties and cooperation.
I prefer this one beacuse the world isn't smoke and ashes but a place of Freedom where if you want to look at the results of tyranny all you have to do is just look out the window.

[X] Penelope Carter [The Director] - Your skills lie in managing people. You have... a gift, really, for making sure people go where they'll be happiest and most productive, and enough social graces to make sure that if you've got to ruffle feathers, they remain as un-ruffled as possible. You also have a fair few friends in the groups that decide where money goes. [+10 to Politics rolls, +2 Politics die, +5R/turn in funding from Connections, reroll 1 failed politics roll per turn]

[X] Imperial Ministry for Space - The old powers of the world lay crushed under the heel of the Empress, and she has directed you to expand her grasp into the stars.
[X] Yao Xia [The Engineer] - Your skills lie in making systems that work together. Whether it's a factory or a control circuit, you've just got a knack for it. [+5 to Facilities and Avionics rolls, +1 Facilities dice, +1 Avionics dice, reroll 1 failed Facilities roll per turn]

[X] Space Exploration Technologies, Inc. - The old powers of the world have crumbled in the aftermath of war, and the Corporation reigns supreme.
This has best combination of starting funding and growth without the subversive elements of the empire.

[X] Yao Xia [The Engineer]

I just want to play an engineer.

[X] United Space Exploration Bureau - The powers of the world have elected to avoid the horrors of the recent Great War by attempting to foster stronger international ties and cooperation.

Putting a vote in for the bureau as my second choice.

[X] Imperial Ministry for Space - The old powers of the world lay crushed under the heel of the Empress, and she has directed you to expand her grasp into the stars.

I kinda want the first two options and engineer to win because like "The Communists put some nerd in charge of the space program" has some unidentifiable vibe I reallly like the idea of just the player character being like... Has a fixation on SPACE and ROCKETS and just fought their way to the top on pure enthusiasm for ROCKETS
needs to delegate everything else, but will talk everyone's ear off for hours in a hyper fixation on SPACE ROCKETS

Eh a tyrannical government planquest or monarch quest is overdone here on SV.A democratic quest would be way better
The only monarch quest i can think of is just CK quests, most plan quests are socialist, besides were a space agency, the democracy doesn't matter since plan quests give the leader a lot of power.

Now she's got a bit more personality, thanks to @AKuz .

Voting ends 24h from the update, btw.

Yao Xia embodies exactly how I feel about SPACE and ROCKETS, I can't not vote for her.

I am a dirty sellout who loves compromises and big coalitions.
