Despite being resoundly unpopular, Farah Tariq is assigned the position of financial leadership at the recommendation of Commander Ambrosius to the pleasure of Egypt and Mexico. Meanwhile the Republicans of the United States stew at the idea of a Muslim woman being given a position of power and the Democracts are annoyed at this international scheme becoming even more controversial in local American politics.

For her part, Miss Tariq accepts her new position without a fuss, quietly moving to her new job and putting her old business into a trust to avoid any conflicts of interests.

The first turn of the quest and not too much to say. The options are pretty straightforward, but bear in mind that some of them have secret narrative effects. Also keep in mind that your income is primarily from being funded by the Council and entirely so right now. I'll give you a bit of grace to get into things and you haven't got too many options to deal with it right now, but politics will be a major consideration as the quest goes on.

Also remember that no more than four dice may be put on a project each turn.

For bases I think we should do Bravo and Echo.

Bravo because if aliens attack South America they are fucked, whereas everyone at least has a fighting chance. Echo because R&D is always good, especially when we are at a tecnological advantage.

While there are bonuses to be unlocked, you either need to complete the project that gives you the knowledge about them or stumble over them by completing the project that unlocks the bonus.

Recruitment engine is important, but we should also put some dice for strategic planning. More dice=more projects

Also, Oshha said politics are critical here. And we are losing PR. We should make PR office a priority or we will have major problems further down the line

Only thing I really have against Bot's plan is the random "top off stocks" action, which seems unnecessary right now when we could be doing stuff to bolster our overall capabilities.
