She learns about this...well.. lets just say a slow agonizing death would be merciful compared to what she will do..
Parangosky will consider us a interesting person so she wont kill us unless we fully mess with her project that person that's trying to kill us though that she will take direct actions to get rid of that person so her project can continue

Assuming they don't have people out looking for us when they realise we are not on base hand have a dumb AI start combing through out bound flights or know anything about the exercises they could be watching for a opportunity whoever they are.
Also though I may dislike the methods of the UNSC at times and know the UEG is in desperate need of reform they are the best bet for humanity surviving the war with the Covenant.

I really hope more People vote for John... From what little I've seen about Halo, I really like Master Chief and would love to have Gian interact with him at least a bit.
That's the thing, we've already seen Master Chief, a lot. He's the star of almost all the games and a fair bit of the books iirc. More interested in exploring the other characters and developing our own than just trying to follow John/Blue team around or trying to rehash canon. We will see him, he's not going to stop doing his thing just because we're here, and even if they all survive/don't wash out, there's still only 75 of us, we'll all kind of know each other.
